Q: This may be a dumb question, but does it plug in or is it powered another way?
A: Yes it plugs into a normal 120 Volt household receptacle.

Q: The main button on the blanket keeps blinking, what does that mean?
A: That happened to me twice and I just unplugged and plugged it back, and it resolved the issue. It was also, plugged in my bad outlet so could be an electrical issue as well.

A: Should not pill. We run our products through extensive wash tests during production to ensure performance.

Q: How do you turn it on when plugged in
A: Look at the corners of your blanket. One should have a black soft button. Press that and it will turn on. You'll notice it turns red when on. You can press up to four times for 4 heat levels.

Q: Does it have a cord or does it need to be recharged?
A: Hi it has a cord and stays plugged in for the heat to activate, the blanket itself will turn off the heating feature in 4 hours
