This shampoo does not clean much. My dog still stank after baths despite a double wash to see if that would help. I ended up having to buy another brand and after one wash my dog was clean. Don’t wash your money on this.

After using this shampoo my dog became very ill. Vomiting every chance and had diarrhea. Didn’t lather when he was washed with it. Truly a terrible product.

This is not my usual dog shampoo but thought since it was a name brand that it would work just as well. Does NOT foam up! Am using it in combination with my regular dog oatmeal shampoo until it’s gone. Don’t waste your money

This shampoo does not lather well and it seems like I have to use a lot of it on my golden retriever. It also has little to no scent, so he doesn’t smell good after using it either. It is gentle on his skin, but it also has not done anything to stop the itching. He will scratch immediately after being bathed with this. I think of this shampoo as water. It’s almost like just using water to bathe your dog and not even using shampoo at all.

we have tried everything for my pup's itchy skin. and I do mean EVERYTHING, nothing worked. I gave him a bath in this shampoo around 5pm and the itching seems to be less and less. doesn't smell perfume-y, and it doesn't have all the chemicals in it that worry me. I think it's a keeper.

This calmed my puppy's itch wonderfully! Every other dog shampoo I've tried has caused a lot of discomfort until this one! Doesn't have much of a smell so she doesn't have that freshly clean smell, but it's soft on her skin which is what we needed.

The shampoo gave no relief to my pet. It did cause me a lot of aggravation because the ink on the bottom of the bottle bled all over my shower niche. Cleaners and Magic Eraser didn't get it off. The niche material is solid surface so sanding is ok. I had to really sand it to get the ink off. I called Burt's Bees to let them know about their defective packaging. Burt's Bees customer service told me they aren't responsible for the pet products and gave me another number. Those people didn't care about the problem. They told me someone would call me back but they didn't. I sent them an email - no response. I returned the product and do not plan to ever buy Burt's Bees pet products again.

Burt’s Bees has done it again! This product is fantastic! My dog has terrible skin problems. He’s always scratching and licking. He gets hair loss in spots and is generally miserable. I’ve tried a million different things including prescription meds. This shampoo is helping amazingly! This along with the spray is doing the job! Would definitely recommend!

This stuff is amazing! My dog was very itchy and he had bug bites on his neck and hind quarters so I bathed him and used this Burt's Bees soothing shampoo and it worked like magic! Right after the bath he stopped scratching and the next day the bug bites dried up! By the third day the bites were completely gone and a week later he's still not itchy! Definite 5 stars... I would give more if possible.
