Would not repurchase - White Stains
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee tastes good, but I probably would not buy this coffee maker again as there are a few things I do not love about it. First, the water tank is not removable, so is less convenient to fill than our previous machine. Second, we purchased the white machine, and coffee has already stained the carafe and "plate edges" where the carafe sits. Lastly, we often are brewing 10 cups in the morning following the instructions noted with the included scooper. When you do so, the grounds touch the top area where the water comes out and are getting into the percolating holes so I am constantly wiping it after each use.

Not worth the money!!
Product did not last for the money we spent on it!! Thought Cafe was supposed to be high end products. Cheaper coffee pots last longer than Cafe. VERY disappointed! Way too expensive for coffee pot not to last. Most coffee pots last for years. I’ve spent several days calling only to be told more then once I will receive an email on how to trouble shoot my problem. Was told once that i would receive a new coffee pot, but never received email on that either. Cafe is over rated!

My machine stopped brewing after less than 6months
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Cafe Specialty Drip Coffee machine. The first one stopped brewing 11 months after we bought it. The second one is only 5 months old, and I have the same issue. The machine is on, the light is on, and there’s a click when I hit the brew button, but then nothing. It just sits there. This was not a cheap coffee machine by any means, and I absolutely love is, when working correctly. But I am so frustrated with having the same issue and no solution to it since our warranty is over. Please help a tired mom get her daily coffee!

Best purchase made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has brewed best coffee I’ve had at home 1 button and it brews quite fast as well. Even the kids love making coffee 1 touch button to brew! Expensive but was worth it! Easy to replace carbon filter Also very nice stainless steel finish and easy to clean. Holds enough to make 10 cups. I wish the spoon was metal but plastic is okay.

Great at first, but doesn't last
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee maker is beautiful and pairs really well with the other matte white appliances. However, I'm on my second one and won't be buying a third. The lights have gone out in part of the clock, and the carafe is peeling and has water sloshing around despite never being submerged.

We’d like to assist with the issues you’re having with the carafe and the lights on the clock. We recommend disconnecting the appliance from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting; this resets it. For the issue with hearing sloshing inside the carafe, please make sure you’re taking off the top of the carafe and emptying it completely. It’s possible there may be some coffee left that can’t be poured out because of the construction of the valve. The top has to be removed by twisting a quarter turn and pulling. We will also be emailing to discuss this situation further. We look forward to hearing back from you soon, so we can assist with a solution.

Don’t waste your money on this product
The First coffee maker stopped brewing, it was still under warranty and the replacement they sent me if you fill the water reservoir to 10 cups of water will brew all 10 cups no matter what you select, don’t waste your money on this

bad temperature retainment
looks great but carafe is disappointing. coffee cools almost immediately and need to rewarm within half an hour. Had previous maker from another company where the coffee stayed warm for hours and half the price. Will not be replacing with same unit when necessary,

Coffee maker will fail in 1 year.
After 1 year of owning this expensive coffee maker the heating element went out and GE will do nothing about it. For a coffee maker this expensive GE should replace their poor quality machine. I will never buy another GE product and I will advise anyone to think twice.

Don’t buy
After a few years use, metal is peeled off the carafe and the base is cracking. It’s just 2 people using this machine Cafe is not supportive and I do not recommend buying this.

Good not great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first acquired this it brewed extremely fast, the more I use it the slower the brew time. The capacity is standard of all coffee makers. I must say the carafe insulation could use some improvement as it loses temperature raqther quickly. It is confusing to set up and I still need to refer to the manual for certain functions.

Makes great coffee, but doesn't last
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we got this coffee maker in 2022 as a wedding gift from our registry. Cafe products look awesome, loved the copper accents, and finally got a coffee maker where the carafe was double walled vs glass. This was because I prefer to drink a good amount of coffee during the morning, and I wanted to see if this would be better for preventing the burnt flavor of coffee that had been continuously heated all morning. Well it was, made awesome coffee. Still does in fact. But I'm rating it 2 stars because of the finish of the copper is wearing off on the handle of the carafe, and also on rim of the drip portion that holds the coffee while it's brewing. In my opinion, this isn't normal wear and tear, nor is it just "cosmetic" as the Cafe rep told me in an email when I inquired about having it replaced. Yes, there is a one year warranty, but really this should last far longer than three years. The cafe folks were super kind online, and were polite, but be aware, they will take no ownership to the quality of this product after the one year warranty. They will offer you access to a special website to purchase another one at a discounted price, but that's a bit insulting. Amazon almost has the same price currently. Yeah, I still like my coffee, it does a good job, however the company should do better about quality control. I won't buy another when this one is done.

Very poor product quality
The coffee does not reach 205 degrees as claimed and any remaining water in the basin leeks. I’ve called support but because this is past warranty they won’t offer any solution. Do not buy from this company
