This must be one of the most worst coffeemakers on the market. Seems like anyone who has ever owned this product over a year, after the 1 year warranty has expired, gets the same error message “Add H2O” and the coffeemaker stops working.

Looks beautiful, makes good coffee, WiFi connectivity is cool, but problematic when trying to make 8-10 cups. Grounds overflow, contact the shower head, is a mess to clean up everyday. Tried coarser ground, but needs a larger brew basket or something.

We're glad to hear that, you are satisfied with the quality of your coffee. We recommend the use of a minimum of a medium grind coffee. Any finer grind than that can lead to overflow of coffee grounds. We also recommend to use the provided scoop with a flush level of grounds. Heaping scoops can lead to too much grinds/coffee grounds and potentially cause overflows. Additionally, do not use a paper filter and the mesh filter together.

It made great coffee while it lasted. We purchased the unit in December of 2022 but the dealer could not get a white one until 3/9/2023! One of the display segments stopped working a few days ago. The right digit showed A instead of 8, ? instead of 2, etc.. Now this morning it would not brew. I cycled the power but still no brew. I left it unplugged for 10-min and then it appeared to work. We'll see tomorrow morning.

The coffee maker looked great out of the box but the quality did not last. The bronze portion of the handle is cheap plastic and starting to chip away and the display is failing, making it difficult to read the time or make the correct number of cups

Wifi connection keeps dropping. I've gone through the setup steps multiple times. It gets to the final setting up stage on the network and then it says it failed.

I like this coffeemaker. It brews good tasting coffee and the electronic features are excellent. Only negative is my carafe handle finish is already separating from the metal handle. I have always hand washed it ( never put in dishwasher) so don’t understand why this is happening. This carafe should be replaced free! Also wish the water lid was removable so moisture would dry easier.

It’s great until there’s an issue. Then the replacement part will never be in stock. I’ve waiting almost a year to replace my matte black glass carafe that is peeling and oxidizing. This is from hand washing alone. It’s never in stock and I’m not buying a whole new machine.

After a year and a half, the rose gold design feature on the machine and the carafe handle is bubbled and flaking off. I guess it is due to the heat it is exposed to as a coffee maker. If that is the case, it is a real design flaw. Now my concern is whether any flakes are landing IN my coffee. I was excited about the rose gold design of this machine when I purchased, but now that design element looks cheap. Disappointing.

We LOVED the coffee this machine brewed, however when the carafe cracked and we looked for a replacement, we were told we had to buy a WHOLE NEW COFFEE MACHINE, as GE does not sell replacement parts for this model. Very disappointed, as we have had this less than 1 year.

Received for Christmas, GE Cafe stainless steel, cannot see serial # but can include pic of back. I do not feel it has been performing as expected. Despite following the user manual and adjusting the settings as recommended, the coffee maker does not heat up adequately. As a result, the coffee brews at a suboptimal temperature, leaving it lukewarm rather than hot. Additionally, the coffee produced is consistently weak, regardless of the strength setting used. If you do not use extra coffee grounds, it's weak. When adding too many grounds, the shower style water brewer gets covered in grounds. Very messy Given that I have always valued the quality and reliability of your products, I am quite surprised and dissatisfied with this experience. I would appreciate it if you could provide guidance on how to resolve these issues or if there was a recall I may have missed. If necessary, I am open to the possibility of a replacement or repair. Things I love about this maker is it's sleek, beautiful design that matches my Cafe kitchen appliances. Case: 13952490 model: C7CDABS2RS3
