I liked the temperature settings, but it’s starting to have issues heating after several months of continuous use. We switched from coffee to tea.

This kettle worked great. But it only worked for six months. One morning last week, I turn it on and it immediately turns off. It refused to operate afterwards. I spent three days trying to file a claim with Allstate SquareTrade and got a refund. But I’m sure not buying it again.

We’ve had this kettle for a whole year and it gets used very often. It is great! I will be purchasing as gifts this Christmas.

Don't waste your money! I loved this kettle at first, but it stopped heating after only 4 months. There's a limited warranty, but you have to pay for shipping to return the broken kettle so it's not worth the cost to get another one that will probably also break.

after the return window (why not) stopped heating. I figured that the base got hot and warped (as that was not expected?) and the kettle is not sitting properly on the base. Which means the slightest heating switches off immediately. I did like while it worked, especially the pouring over the top but cannot heat up so lost its use.

I bought this in March 2023, and it's not functioning now. The lights turn on, but it doesn't boil the water.

Great kettle. Mostly glass, where it matters. Heat settings for variety of teas and full boil. Efficient. Water temps color coded, not necessary but helpful reminder if you want proper temp and happen to walk away.
