LIDS IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN

Design flaw, no tab or lift off extended area- the sleek design makes it ridiculous hard to open lids, i never use them due to this reason

Warranty activation

So far so good. Pretty annoying that I have to write a review to activate a pretty chintzy warranty. Though I would say the items are quality, there are plenty of other companies out there that have amazing quality items and their warranties reflect that. A one year warranty leads me to believe that you don't really stand behind your product and it ability to withstand time.
