Time will tell

So far I love the pieces, was correct in buying 2 sets when on sale. I could use the pieces without handle or lid in my mini oven. Just now I sprayed avocado oil on the pancake mold pan and poured a little pancake mix in each and placed them to bake at 375 for 6 minutes one side 3 on other. perfect little pancakes. Next time I will use butter. Love the eas of handle but package should come with 2 this way one could handle 2 pans at once. They are nice enough to place on rivets directly on dinner table, too.

not very durable

I like that the pans offer a variety of sizes. But I wish that there was a lid for the larger pan because it would be more useful that way. I was happy at first with the non-stick element of the ceramic pans. But after a while of using them, the food started to stick. There is a lot of staining going on. I don't want to scratch the pants because it is ceramic coated and therefore I clean it with sponges and brushes but it doesnt look like it first did. mind you i haven't had these long and do use them daily for things like scrambled eggs, heating tortillas, and cooking meat. Also, the handle will start to burn if you leave it on while cooking. I could smell it before I saw what was happening.
