We’ve got a roll around dishwasher that hooks to our sink so we’ve used almost every pod to try and this one is now the best gets the dishes clean clean each time yes they’re pricey but you only need 1 pod for an entire load it will all come clean.

We have been using the Platinum Plus Pacs for years, but the last two containers, 90% of the pacs will not dissolve leaving a large portion of cleaner from discharging into the washer. Nothing has changed with the water pressure or dishwasher, so it is assumed they are using a different (cheaper) polymer than previously. Very disappointing.

I have a GE dishwasher, this product does not dissolve completely in the dispenser. Makes me wonder are my dishes really clean? Very dissatisfied.

My kids aren’t the best at rinsing the dishes before loading them in the dishwasher, so I was a bit apprehensive, but these pods worked like a dream. It cut all the grease and leftover food which was surprising to me. They smell great and the pod dissolves completely. Finish pods sometimes don’t dissolve and there is a sticky, gooey mess in the soap cup. I emphatically recommend these and have purchased these in place of my old Finish pods!

I can't stand the platinum plus, it makes my plastic ware taste terrible. Used platinum for years but platinum plus is terrible. Won't ever buy again!

We're very sorry to hear about this. We wouldn't expect Cascade to impart the product taste into food. However, if the soap isn't completely rinsed off, or if the dishes have become porous, which plastic items tend to be, it is possible. If certain items always pick up a flavor, they're probably worn to the point of being porous and should be washed by hand. To remove any scent from your dishes, soak them in hot water with a bit of distilled white vinegar added to it. We'd love to connect about this and help. Please call us at (800) 765-5516.

Clean the dishes really well. No need to "prewash." Easy to throw in dishwasher also. They are pricey compared to the liquid stuff but work better. Target usually has a deal so helps!
