We were so excited to use this product, but unfortunately, it didn’t work as expected; it turned out to be yet another defective item from Target. This was the second time we encountered a faulty product from the store, and my fiancé was understandably frustrated due to the inconvenience it caused. We decided to reach out to Target's online customer service to voice our complaints about the purchase. However, our experience was disappointing, as the customer service representative seemed to give us the runaround instead of addressing our concerns. When we requested to speak to her supervisor, she offered excuses instead of facilitating the conversation. It was disheartening because I have always praised Target for being accommodating to customers facing problems. We were left feeling let down by Target.com, especially after facing these issues not once, but three times.

Firstly love the light for the water reservoir, it makes it easy to see your water level.Secondly the cup lift is fantastic.Thirdly the favorite settings is great for the wife and I, I love the strong setting with the piping hot setting with a 8 ounce cup, after saving it just press your favorite setting and hit brew you’re done. I like a strong cup of coffee and this machine definitely does that, so flavorful. The panel is sleek, it’s a touch screen, all the lights go to sleep after a couple of minutes except for the brew/stop button. The size is great, it’s the same length as our previous but it’s half the width. Underneath the machine it has multiple cord guides so you can store whatever length of cord you need. Has nonslip feet. Looks like will be Chefman coffee brewers customers for the foreseeable future.

The caffeinator is a game changer if you love coffee. It quickly brewed the best tasting k-cup I think I’ve ever tasted and I can’t wait to try it with the reusable pod. I love that I can set both the temp and strength and can make iced coffee for those summer afternoons. Highly recommend!!
