A: To set the clock for this unit, please follow the step-by-step instructions below: 1. Press and hold the TIMER/CLOCK button for 3 seconds 2. Use the keypad to set the time. 3. Press the TIMER/CLOCK button at any point to toggle between AM/PM 4. Press START to set the time. So far, so good. Heats well, size is perfect. I don't need child lock but it's OK Wat bugs me is that setting the clock. Its supposed to be simple and straightforward but its always a tad ahead. After the 3rd try, I just left it 10 minutes ahead.

My countertop 0.7 Cu. Ft. Microwave does not work. We’ve tried using it and it does not heat anything up. We’ve made sure all the packaging was off and that all of the vents were uncovered.

The most difficult thing to do with this microwave so far, was getting it out of the box ? The size is perfect and operation was easy. When my other microwave finally gave out I researched others before going to purchase one. I discovered that apparently a lot microwaves are being made with child locks that have to be deactivated and sometimes malfunction. I don't have children and don't want the headache of having my food getting stuck inside. This microwave has a simple release trigger under the handle which is perfect. I gave it 4 stars only because I've only had it for a few days but so far it's perfect.

I think it’s great. It’s compact if it’s perfect I’m refrigerator. I love the sleek black look and the simple to use buttons. I really like to handle in the child safety log and makes it really convenient and easy to open and I also especially love the quiet feature on it, and although it is smaller, it still heats up my food nicely when used for the correct time
