Use the keypad to set the time. 3. Press the TIMER/CLOCK button at any point to toggle between AM/PM 4. Press START to set the time. Once the clock has been set, the time will only return to 0000 if power is lost or the unit is unplugged.

A: Hi Shanie, This unit does not have an AIR FRY feature, but rather a Crisping feature for reheating certain foods. Breaded items and pizza tend to come out soggy in standard microwaves. This unit enhanced the reheating to allow for less moisture. Thanks! Chefman Support

I received my microwave on July 23rd, 2025. And today on October 27th 2025 it went out. We do a lot of cooking so we don’t use it as much, my son will to warm up his plate after work. So definitely not overworked and definitely shouldn’t have gone out in just 3 months.

Easily tilts/tips foward
When even the slightest amount of weight/force is applied to the door when open/opening the whole unit tips/tilts foward due to the 4 feet/legs/knobs on the bottom. Making it unsafe for any user (but specifically children/wheelchair users/etc ) because not just the hot contents can fall/spill on the but the whole unit could tip and fall on them like it did to my niece.
