    Perfect

    My son wanted a smaller deep fryer to make fries and other small items. It's easier to work with than the one I have that goes on the stove. I don't need to worry about using gas and heating up the kitchen.

    I brought it home. Cleaned it. And I'm using it to make deep fried Cajun catfish and fries for lunch

    I adore that it is single serve size so it makes it easier to decipher how much to feed each person. It fit perfectly right where I wanted it to.
