Overpriced hairspray, basically. Makes my hair sticky and prone to tangles, which is the last thing I need! I honestly can't tell if it's actually protecting my hair from the flat iron heat since I don't straighten it daily, but the stickiness has me searching for a replacement product.
The product description here says it is cruelty free, but that’s not true. There is no indication on the bottle. The chi website doesn’t mention it either, it only says it’s sulfate free and paraben free. Target people, please correct it! Thanks!
I've used Chi for years prior to straightening my hair and I love it! I haven't had any of the negative experiences the other reviewers have. I don't overdo it or use too much-- maybe that's why the others hair feels heavy or greasy? Not sure. Can only speak to my experience and I like it! I use a few sprays per section and my hair is very healthy.
This feels like it did nothing to protect my hair from heat and just made my hair sticky. I can’t even run my fingers through my straightened hair immediately after detangling it with a brush because the stickiness of the product causes tangles constantly. Absolutely avoid this product.
