Overall happy!

Nice, inexpensive upgrade to my guest / toddler’s bathroom. As other reviews mentioned, getting the bottom to snap in took a few minutes to figure out. You think the top is hooked but as you slowly leverage down with your palm on the top and push it angled into the wall it will eventually snap in. I also took a baby wipe to clean off the black residue above the ring that rubbed off in the process. Overall happy!

Paint comes off EXTREMELY easily on the black variant. It already had the paint worn off in one place by the time I had it out of the box, and paint wore off in several more places as I was installing. It also left black marks on the wall around it since it had to slide down onto the mounting bracket.

Missing parts

The product came without a mounting bracket. A waste of time driving there to shop. Now I have to drive back to return it.

Elegant and Sturdy

When I wanted to do a little update to my bathroom, I knew I wanted black hardware but didn’t know how expensive it would be. I found this matte black towel ring and two other hardwares while browsing the Target app and loved the prices/looks of these! Looks nice

Looks nice, good quality. Easy to install in 5 minutes. Just make sure not to make the screws too tight on the mounting plate or you may end up scraping some of the wall while pushing the ring holder into place. My fault, and my walls scrape easily. I plan to purchase more for other areas.

Nice, Modern Design

I got it in black to match a bathroom reno. I love the design, it feels simple and modern. The installation was a little tricky and the ring was bent so be careful installing. Luckily it was still usable and not very noticeable, but it is something to be aware of.
