I find that when I use them on my walls, which are textured, it is harder to get a solid hold. When used on smooth textured surfaces, that has not been an issue at all.     Absolutely terrible. Hung frames and adhesive is sooo terribly weak. They fell off the wall and broke everywhere. Do not use

    3M Command Large Hanging Strips

We rent so it is important not to make holes everywhere and this product has been a big help. They are very easy to use. Just follow the steps and clean the area. It held well and I tested the removal steps. It left no damage, not even a mark. I'm very happy with this product and will use it in many spots.

    Can't wait to use these again this year!

It was so successful that I can't wait to do the same this year. Since I didn't know how heavy the ornament would be, I used too many strips so this year I'll be using less.
