Q: Any health warnings (i.e. plastic, chemicals, etc)?

A: While there are no specific warnings that differ from typical countertop cooking appliances, there are general considerations and a few things you should check. The product listing notes a California Prop 65 warning. Don’t use metal utensils that scratch the interior/coating. Don’t operate it at temperatures beyond safe limits or block ventilation. Clean regularly; food/grease buildup can increase risk of overheating or poor cooking. It does not appear to have unexpected or unusual health risks beyond those typical of countertop high‑heat cooking appliances.
