Cheap & Ineffective
This stopped working after some use. Very disappointing! The button just stopped working and it wouldn’t hold up. The face where the steam comes out gets very dirty and stained so it can rub off on your clothes. This is such a cheap and poorly made product. I can’t believe this is on the market! Shame on Conair for putting this out. Such a trap.

Not worth at all..
I’m very disappointed with this garment steamer. It is simply not effective at all. I tried it on multiple different garments, and it was extremely difficult to remove wrinkles each time. My previous steamer was an off-brand purchase from Amazon, and it worked far better than this one. Given the well known brand and expectations, I thought this would be an upgrade, but it turned out to be a downgrade. Overall, this product does not do the job it promises and was a waste of money.

Love this steamer. its light weight, on off buttons very helpful. The steamer won't leak on an angle- seals well. My only reason to remove star is that it;s hard to fill the water container. I happen to have a small funnel and a cup from another steamer, whihc works perfectly. I think customers will be happt to pay extra few $ if the package came with those items. Otherwise quite happy
