Overseas at 240V, the "low" fan setting becomes "high," and there is no low setting. Also, you'll need a passive plug adapter (very cheap) for whatever country you're visiting.

Bad bad bad
Bought it in September 2024. Not even a year and yesterday it almost caught on fire. It turned red inside and had a small spark. Never had this problem before with any of my blowers. It’s only April 2025 and can’t return it. Not even a year!

Lasted less than a year
Worked good for a while, the air pressure was good and it was plenty hot enough. Then one day it broke in the middle of doing my hair. Started making a horrible grinding sound like a peice inside broke and smelled like burnt coils. Very disappointed

Cool Button Didn't Work
Was hopeful to have a travel hair dryer and this initially was great. But on my first trip the cool button didn't work. In addition, it didn't get hot enough to style my hair.

Travel friendly and robust
I bought that 1 yr ago. I often use it. No issue. works fine and travel friendly. One day, it wasn't working. I tried switching on/off but it didn't work. Then I followed the instructions given on chord head; pressing reset button and plugged it back; it worked!

Not what it used to be!
Over the last decades I have had two of these which were great, BUT when the TEST/RESET buttons stopped working, I had to buy a new one. Right out of the box, the TEST/RESET buttons do NOT click, so I had to return it.

Purchased 2 months ago…have always liked Conair products…until now. Purchased the model with the “cord retractor” for storage convenience. This is a TERRIBLE dryer! Cord will no longer retract and has been very stubborn in retracting for at least a month. Cannot fill out form to return product because form will not accept “date model #”! Will now search for another BETTER product 🤞🏻

Worst Hair Dryer Ever!
I bought this hair dryer in pink, 2 weeks later it died. I took it back to the store and received a replacement. This one lasted 2 months and died. Went to the store and purchased a different brand dryer.
