The waver is ok; admittedly I’ve never used this type of styler and know there’s a learning curve. It’s heavy and I found it clunky. I would keep it HOWEVER…it’s not worth it. The starter kit required to make this work is awful. I’m retuning both and purchasing more expensive waver rather than trying to make the interchangeable, more affordable option work. Buyer beware - you get what you pay for with this one.

With deep waves being one of my favorite hair styles on myself, I was so excited about this attachment for the Conair styling system. I love the yellow color so much! This attachment locked in so easily and effortlessly onto the base and was heated in no time. The size of this thing makes your styling time less than 20 minutes. Which if you have a lot of hair like me; THIS IS AMAZING. I felt that the entire deep waver was the same temperature and with small - medium sections my hair waved up extremely well. I do have naturally wavy hair so my hair held the waves for over 3 days with minimal touch ups and dry shampoo. Another win for Conair!!

I’ve really been wanting to try out a waver styling tool, and this one is the perfect one for me! I thought with a lot of other waving tools I tried, they were very heavy and hard to hold for long periods. Since this is a smaller waver attachment, it was easy to hold and it made beautiful, deep waves in my hair. I absolutely love using this before bed and waking up with the perfect, slept in waves! It was very easy to attach to the base and also had very good holding power in my hair. This tool made it so easy to create waves in my thick, long hair that I definitely won’t ever be trying another waver tool again! This is the perfect one for me. I definitely hope to try more attachments in the future as this tool as been so good for me and my hair!

As a beauty professional I have been able to try lots of different products and tools. Conair has been around for many many years and it’s cool to see them still putting out new innovations to compete with the big ticket pricey products on the market. The style chemistry line is unique because you have a standard curling iron and base which you can swap out attachments- in my previous review for the base I called out that I wish the cord was longer- but I do enjoy the portability of this product, the weight and the digital temperature control which makes it versatile for all hair types. The waver attachment scared me at first- not going to lie. It is a little heavy and awkward, I was worried my hair was too short as well. I was pleasantly surprised when this was my favorite attachment. It gives a really great effortless wave to the hair that’s kinda fun and funky and definitely a boho beachy look. If you want to soften the wave you can immediately brush out or run your hands through it before your hair cools and is still in a pliable state. I was really impressed by this wand and thing it would be great for fine to medium or even course hair but probably not effective for course/coil types.

The Conair Style Chemistry triple barrel attachment is IT. I absolutely love the size of the waves it makes and it’s so incredibly easy to use. It absolutely is not lightweight, though. I personally do not mind this as it makes it feel like a much higher quality tool versus some others I’ve owned that are really light and feel cheap. This does not. Although it is heavier, it still feels great in your hands and I know it’ll last a long time. Also, the color?! Are you kidding? It’s so dang cute! Having the ability to own several hair tools in this way is huge for me. I’ve got limited amounts of storage and being able to break things down allows me to store all this so easily in a drawer. The waver got to temp so incredibly fast and the heat was evenly distributed from the base to the top. It’s easy to lock into place on the handle and the clip is tight enough to hold your hair in place, but not so tight it’s difficult to operate. The new Conair Style Chemistry Triple Waver (and other accessories) was such an amazing find! Once you purchase the starter kit, which comes with the electric base for all the attachments, the options are endless! The base has a digital screen that helps you monitor the temperature of your iron and reaches a maximum temperature of 400 degrees. I was incredibly excited to try the beach waver attachment as that's one of my personal favorite ways to style my hair. Now when I say the waves in this this thing are deep I mean they are DEEP. These are some big waves and I am absolutely obsessed! I have tried many beach wavers over the years and this bad boy takes the grand prize of my favorite. I like the extra safety feature of a rubber grip at the tip of the iron that helps prevent burns to the fingers and neck while in use. My style lasted all day and I got so many compliments. I did try several attachments for the Style Chemisty tools and this one is my absolute must have and go to!

As a person who loves changing their hair style on a daily basis I love trying out new products. I have gotten the chance to try out this deep weaver. Here are some of my thoughts on this product as a professional hairdresser. Pros: it’s comes at a decent quality. I also really love that you can just purchase the different attachments that you know you are only going to use and don’t get overcharged for those pieces you don’t even use. cons: the attachments are way to loose on the handle. It has a lock feature on it but I can’t seem to get it to lock on there properly. I also didn’t like the fact that it is a bit difficult to change the heat settings and as well on turning it off and on. The deep weaver attachment itself is way too big for medium to short hair. It would only work if you have really long hair.

The Style Chemistry Deep Waver by Conair is, unfortunately, a no for me. While a device that's multifunctional is always a plus, Conair missed the mark on this one. The look is super cute with the bright yellow. To use it, connect the Deep Waver attachment to the Power Handle base that comes in the starter pack, and twist the lock to keep it in place. It has a digital display for the 6 heat settings that are controlled with the power button. It goes up to 400°, and has auto off. The box claims to have seamless interchangeability, I disagree. I found the lock slightly difficult to turn, and after heating up, it was too hot to twist, making it difficult to remove the attachment. I also find it hard to place my hair in the waver since it's not straight. It's so awkward that I don't suggest using this by yourself! It's nearly impossible to use on the back of your head, and good luck not burning yourself. I wanted to love this so much, but it needs major improvements before I can recommend it to others. Let me start off by saying that I do like this product. One you get past the learning curve, it is easy to use and creates a beautiful style. This particular waver is rather large, and I imagine it would perform beautifully on long hair. I have shoulder length hair, and for me, the tool was a bit bigger than I desired. It is also rather heavy and feels a bit cumbersome to use. Regardless, the tool is well made, and once you get the hang of it, it is one of the easiest ways to create gorgeous wavy hair styles. I do wish they had a smaller version of this attachment. A smaller waver would be much more short and medium length hair friendly, and would personally work better for me and my hair. Still, I was able to create a decent style with this tool.

This type of deep waver is something this I have never tried before so I was so excited to try it! I must say that while this device is super user friendly, this technique involves a bit of a learning curve. It took me a minute to get the hang of how to use it but after playing with it I have it figured out now!! I have very long hair but it is also very fine. This does a beautiful job of giving me lovely waves with a bit of volume. I would be super curious to see how these waves looked in someone with shorter hair! I think it would be even more beautiful without all of the weight pulling down stretching the waves out. This plays so nicely with my hair as well!! It did not tangle or snag my hair. I had no trouble with the temperature either. Overall I am super glad to have this in my collection!!

I love this hair waver! I have really long hair so the barrels being bigger made this go quick. This waves lasted a good amount as time.

Gets the job done but clamps down a little too much and makes the hair not glide through as well as I had hoped, so it is a little bit of a challenge to use. Great concept with the interchangeable attachments, my favorite out of the three I have (curling iron, round brush & waver) is the round brush because I have fine, thin hair so it gives me volume while smoothing my ends. The waver back plate seems to leave a crease in my hair that looks a little strange, although it could be a user error but can’t seem to figure out how to make the waves look good with my hair type. A few kinks in the overall product but still enjoy using these tools, especially the round brush. Maybe with a few more attempts I can find a way to make the waver attachment work for my hair.

The yellow Dw - deep waves 1 1/4 inch waver was the next hair attachment I tried from the Conair Style Chemistry line. I have never used a hair tool like this before. This one came with a slight learning curve, but I feel like it is going to be one of my favorites because of how large and efficient it is. Yes the barrels are bulky, but they style your hair so quickly it's hard to not love them. The waves are not as dramatic as I had hoped, but I think with further use I will learn to get the hang of it, and maybe the waves will stand out more. This is a very cool attachment and affordable compared to a lot of other hairstyling tools on the market. I like that it has a stand to set it down without causing damage to the counter. If anyone is looking for a deep waver hair tool, I would highly recommend this one!
