These instructions are hilarious
This is a great juicer, great quality, and all the parts fall into place. It's easy to use if you know what to do. Why? Because the instructions say, "Put in fruit. Turn handle. Juice. Keep your hands out of the juicer while it's turning." If you can't figure out how to do it, this is probably not the juicer for you. But if you can figure out putting fruit in the juicer bag and getting wine out, then you'll be fine. They might add a few extra steps that I mention here: Tie the juicer bag tightly. Flatten the juicer bag. Start turning the handle until the juice stops coming out.

This food press is awesome!
I bought it to juice cauliflower because I was too tired to squeeze it by hand through cheesecloth. Our family loves cauliflower fritters with meat filling, and this juicer saves us time in preparation. I haven't tried it with other foods yet, but I'm sure it will work well.

If you want to laugh, read these instructions
The instructions were confusing and some of the words were not even in English. I couldn't help laughing when I tried to read them. The operation seemed easy to understand, so the instructions were not necessary for me. The packaging was very nice and not damaged. Two net bags were also included. All in all, I am very satisfied and impressed with this purchase.

Can process many fruits into fresh juice. Great tool!
Works great. Use it in a mesh bag. The pulp is very dry after squeezing. I use it to squeeze berries.

Good quality and low price
Works great. Requires assembly but not difficult. As others have mentioned, you may need to add a few more short boards to extend the plunger all the way to the bottom. My daughter uses it to juice blackberries and muscadines and to make seedless jelly. I haven't used it to juice apples or pears yet but we have juiced many batches of berries.

Quite big.
This is much bigger than I expected. It's too big for small things like herbal tinctures, and while it works fine, it's too cumbersome to use for anything but a quart jar. I'm looking forward to using it to crush my berries for wine this fall.

Good price, but could be better
I would buy again at this price, but it is far from perfect. The instructions provided are only in French, they are simple to figure out or use a translation app if needed. The center rod could not be fully screwed in due to paint buildup on the threads. I screwed the rod in from the bottom a few times to break up the paint buildup and used a small pick to scrape the paint off the threads. They provide some wood blocks for you to use when compressing the pulp, but I needed more to fully compress the ones I had. I used some scrap wood I had to fully compress the pulp.

Very versatile, very good
This press is very versatile and works really well; I bought a few 30 micron mesh bags and use them to make herbs in oil, herbs in butter, drain chopped and shredded spinach, and drain ricotta cheese for cannoli filling. Imagine straining cannoli filling from hours to less than ten minutes!

Better than I expected
It's not the best, but it does get the job done. I recommend mashing the grapes or fruit first. Then put it in the bucket and turn the handle a little bit and wait for it to seep out completely. Then turn it again and wait for it to filter out again. Repeat. This is the only way I can get any good use out of it.

Great cider
It does a great job grinding apples into cider. It's the perfect size for home use.
