A: Do not wash in dishwasher. Clean the inner parts with a soft cloth. Never use any solvents or aggressive cleaning agents This should be done as routine once a week. Change the water in the tank at least every 3 days.

I have only had a month and I like it’s sleek design, quietness and holds a lot of water. Feels sturdy. Wish it had a taller nozzle to shoot the water up in the air. It just falls down and I don’t know how effective it is. I try to put it close to the bed to make sure I’m getting the effects. It was also frustrating trying to set the humidity level for automatic. I could only get it to work using the remote.
