Its really a BB cream
It says invisible and its pretty thin-extra light coverage. Its a BB cream really. Its a good intro for a first time makeup user, for a very young person like a teen to mid 20’s or someone who has clear skin already. I like it to go to the gym for a no makeup look. I use a heavy dusting of the clean powder. It doesnt feel like I am wearing makeup. I prefer medium to full coverage for going out. I am a middle age woman for reference with normal skin.

Good foundation but not for me unfortunately
This rating is about the way that my mature, combination skin reacted. I loved the CG Smoothers Hydrating Foundation. The ivory shade was perfect and it worked well with my combination skin. This new Clean foundation doesn't work well on my combination skin. It feels oily, fades and settles in my lines and wrinkles. The Simply Ageless feels heavy. This new Clean foundation is good, just not for me.

Easy to blend and build
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shade I received was too dark for me but I used it as a bronzer and it worked well. Easy to blend and build. Also easy to remove with a makeup remover. Not greasy and no bad smells.

Very Happy
I've been using CG Clean Invisible Foundation for a couple weeks now. Once you get it rubbed in it looks and feels great on my skin, although I do feel like it takes alittle more than I used with my previous brand. It wears very well, doesn't change color, doesn't settle in my wrinkles (I am 64). There is NO smell, it doesn't smell like anything. My former foundation was discontinued (another brand) I have very sensitive skin and this so far is working out great! Although the 1st one I purchased was not the right color, the second one is perfect! Very Pleased

Container is frustrating
The new container is horrible. Love the product inside but hate the tube it now comes in. Please go back to the glass container. Sadly if the container stays the same I will be looking for an alternative product.

Horrible! Not the same as before! Don't buy!
Like the other comment, I have been using the same foundation - clean with noxzema for 40 (yes 40) years. The new alternative is not even the same formula. I hate all the new polymers being used in foundation - they're greasy, dont set properly and are a nightmare for mature skin (esp the ones made for mature skin). There is a reason why I have been such a loyal customer. But apparently biz decisions think they're going to win the new young people (who will hate this product as much as me). 40 years. It was fine for 40 years. This product is horrible. Doesnt blend, sits on top of the skin, my skin is suffocating from polymers and worse, it smells horrible. (def not fragrance free). Returning everything I bought and I guess l will tey to find something online.

Will never buy COVERGIRL again
I have used COVERGIRL since the 1980s when I first started wearing makeup. I can’t stand the new formula. I bought the same shade I used in the old formula, but it’s not the same. It’s difficult to blend, and it has a strange scent despite that it’s now fragrance free; I loved the Noxzema scent to the old formula as well as the old formula of the Clean pressed powder. COVERGIRL, there’s a reason the old product had been around for decades: because it was a good thing. A you reformulate it due to business trends and practices, not according to what your customers want. I was very disappointed when the Cheekers blush shade Snow Plum was discontinued, but the discontinuation/reformulation of the Clean foundation and pressed powder has pushed me over the edge and I will NEVER buy COVERGIRL products again.
