[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is creamy and true black is why I give it two stars. Other than that, it is quite hard to control. You will need a brush or qtip to make it work. The eraser end just doesn’t work

Not a good product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cover Girl Perfect Point Plus Eyeliner Pencil is an awful product. Does not stay “pointy” and smudges all over everything including my face. Melts away too quickly once worn and very hard to moderate the amount of product that comes from point ( even though it is a pencil!). Packing is normal looking Cover Girl with no distinguishing factors. Not a product I would waste money on.

This eyeliner glides on smoothly with rich pigmentation and lasts all day without smudging. The color is beautiful, easy to apply and perfect for everyday or dramatic look. It had a little sponge thing on the other side do you could apply it smoother.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cover Girl’s Perfect Point Plus Eyeliner Pencil delivers in color payout with a solid black color. I love a pencil that you click for more product vs having to sharpen. This pencil is not a fine tip for someone like me like whom isn’t as experienced in its use it might be difficult to get a thin line if that is your desired outcome. However this liner delivers for water lining and a smudged out look with its smudge tip provided. The liner went on smooth with no tugging and didn’t bleed or run.

Use makeup remover to remove it because it won’t fade that easily so it will last longer once you apply it.

A forgiving, self maintaining eyeliner for beginners — not my usual shade but one I plan to keep using! Would recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The CoverGirl Perfect Point Plus Eyeliner in Onyx came to me as part of a paid review. It’s not something I would have picked up on my own. While it’s out of my usual comfort zone, for the color and twist top, I’m glad I had the opportunity to try this liner and I’ll definitely reuse it. The tip is controlled and smooth, no dragging of skipping. There are caps on both ends and the liner is a twist top/no sharpener so it’s self maintaining and stays sanitary in your makeup bag. This liner is also Leaping Bunny certified by Cruelty Free International which we love. What I didn’t expect was how forgiving the formula would be. My application line was not straight and it truly didn’t matter. The smudger end and a blending brush diffused my very uneven line adding real depth to my look without reading heavy or overdone. The buildability and smudged end make this forgiving end the
