With allergies and asthma plus five dogs living in the house, I was miserable. This past year was the worst for breathing. After replacing rugs, and washing rugs and dusting and cleaning the air filter religiously, the Airmega 300, was the crowning touch that brought it all together. All of us were breathing better within 24 hours. (Also purchased three AP-1512AH for bedrooms) At first, it turned up the power automatically every time the heater kicked on. It still does that once in a while but not as often letting me know there was plenty of dust in the duct work. The price was excellent. We don’t need the wifi or apps, just the filtration so was very happy to have a choice. I believe it makes my house a healthier place and doesn’t require me to kick my dogs out. Very happy with this purchase.

I'm thrilled with the 300. I've only had it about a month but very impressed with its intelligence in 'Smart' mode. The screen is usually blue (clean air) but it turned purple and automatically kicked up the fan speed for a few minutes when I preheated my oven. This week in California we are having a severe heat wave and the 300 has really picked up the pace, working diligently to clean my home's air. Also, we are at the beginning of fire season, which is why I bought it, for smoke. I am so impressed by the way it monitors air quality and adjusts itself! My condo is 1200 sq. ft. and this size is perfect. And its beautiful and quiet! I'm glad I did my homework and found the best!

Not cheap but good build quality, very stylish, and the "smart" auto sensing feature works perfectly. It is REALLY quiet on the low setting... more so than other units. The high setting makes some noise but is very effective and doesn't stay on long. I want it to be loud and quickly effective when there is smoke in the room. I was gong to give 4 stars because of value.... but there are not better value products on the market. One can spend the same or more on an inferior unit. I did find one manufacturer of cheap units that is pretty good. Those are the 2 I recommend. I would never buy anything else. All the big names you know... forget it. They have sold their soul. they make cheap junk at a high price. At least Coway is a straightforward and fair transaction. I have two units (a 300 and a 400) and I would buy again.

It is a handsome piece of equipment, and my saying so took a lot of design forethought on your part. Easy instructions, too. It's finding things to remove from my apartment's air, according to the color-coded light. I am beginning to understand contributors of the particulates by my machine's response to things that happen: e.g., leaving a cabinet door open (dusty inside?), truck driveing by my apartment (silt from street?), review of clothes from back of closet (ugh...don't want to hypothesize). Thank you. My allergies are getting under control.

This air purifier is excellent, it moves a lot of air and does a great job. It’s just missing one thing: a control lock. The buttons are hyper sensitive. The cat inadvertently changes the settings nearly daily. If you have cats or small children, just know they can easily bump the fan speed up or down, or set a sleep timer randomly. If this is in your room at night, it can be frustrating. I still give it 4 stars overall though because otherwise, it is great.

Easy set up right out of the box, and it’s SO QUIET. I have the smaller Coway AH something 12 and it’s quieter than that, even though it’s bigger and more powerful! It looks nice aesthetically, and the handles make it easy to move it around.
