Q: Can adults use it?? It sounds like a stupid question, but strong mint flavor tends to bother me and I’m unsure if there are any cons to an adult using this toothpaste too.
A: Adults can use this, but we always suggest using an adult toothpaste for additional benefits.

Q: Can this be used by a 2.5 year old that doesn’t know how to spit it out? Can small amounts be swallowed?
A: This is a fantastic question. Thank you for asking it, CC. We recommend all children under the age of six have adult supervision while brushing, use only a pea-sized amount of toothpaste, and be instructed to spit out the toothpaste and/or rinse after brushing. There is no safety risk to an adult or child who may occasionally swallow a small amount of toothpaste while brushing. Swallowing or ingesting ingestion a large amount of toothpaste may cause nausea, vomiting or diarrhea. If you have any questions or if we can help further, please give us a call at (800) 492-7378.
