Long-lasting super sharp stainless blade goes all the way through the handle for a solid feel. Safety using sharp knives is paramount. The grip fits your hand well and the index finger notch combined with the non-slip handle makes for confident cutting. I wish it came with a sheath to cover the blade for safe storage.

Very sharp you can shave with it! Solid construction full tang cuda grip. Definitely a well made fillet knife. It has nice flex for fine tuned meat removal. This knife has no flaws that I’ve found! Outstanding product!!
