I bought this knife a couple years ago for a saltwater fishing trip. Opened it and the locking blade wasnt locking good. One day on the coast using it to cut bait only because it was too dangerous to filet a fish, The very next day it had rust spots already forming on its stainless parts.

The fish scale patter on the handle, combined with the slip resistant coating and the deer index finger grove makes for sure, safe handling even if wet or slimy. Cuts through bigger fish easily and the stainless blade really holds its edge. I would like to see even a simple sheath included for blade protection during storage and transport.
