Light and not bulky fillet knife.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid knife that gets the job done. The thin handle allows for cutting more level to surface when filleting. It has worked for filleting flounder and smaller mahi mahi. The handle has decent grip to it. The blade has a good amount of flex. The knife is light weight and not bulky to use

Poor construction
I bought this knife a couple years ago for a saltwater fishing trip. Opened it and the locking blade wasnt locking good. One day on the coast using it to cut bait only because it was too dangerous to filet a fish, The very next day it had rust spots already forming on its stainless parts.

Super sharp anfd flexible blade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a super-sharp knife with a thin, flexible, but strong blade. The fish scale patter on the handle, combined with the slip resistant coating and the deer index finger grove makes for sure, safe handling even if wet or slimy. Cuts through bigger fish easily and the stainless blade really holds its edge. I would like to see even a simple sheath included for blade protection during storage and transport.

Great lenght

Perfect for large fish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cuda continues to impress. The only problem with this knife of catching larger fish. The handle fits perfectly in hand and the texture creates a non slip surface even while cleaning more slimy fish. And the blade has a nice amount of flex expected from a longer blade.

Great knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used many filet knives and must say this one is a winner! It's ergonomic handle, well-weighted and keeps its edge! I've used this on fish and meats and even without sharpening touch-ups, it cuts through like buttah!

Awesome for Cleaning Large Fish!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When filleting larger catches, it's always a challenge to get a clean cut with a standard knife. I love this one because not only is it longer, but the blade is sharp enough and stiff enough to get a clean cut all the way to the tip. It has enough flexibility to move wherever, and when needed. Also, I noticed that it stayed sharp throughout the entire cleaning process. When cleaning lots of fish, it's great to not have to stop to resharpen. (I usually sharpen my knives before cleaning a mess of fish) but it's a real convenience to not have to stop several times while doing so.

Cool knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first impression was the weight and grip. The blade is very sharp and flexible, I t really cuts well. The only thing I was disappointed in was no sheath. I think by not having a sheath you run the risk of someone cutting themselves. I really seems like the knife is really dough and a good grip.

Easy Grip, Sharp, Flexible Knife
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally got to go fishing since I received this knife. We caught several nice sized northern pike which I have to say, this knife was the perfect knife for filleting them. It was very sharp right out of the package and it stayed sharp through filleting our fish all weekend. Usually my hands will cramp up after I fillet one or two fish, but because of the easy grip handle, and the flexibility of the knife I was able to keep on filleting without taking any breaks. This knife is a keeper!
