A: Interior measurements are 13 1/4" Wide x 13 1/4" deep and 9" high off turntable. The left and rear are concave in shape so it's actually wider than 13" in some places.

Q: can you permanently disable the child lock feature on this microwave?

A: Hello anonymous, thank you for inquiring about the Cuisinart 1.3 cu ft Microwave Oven. In standby mode, the door remains unlocked. If you press and hold the unlock button for two seconds, the screen will display the feature "Loc". Afterward, press "7" and "9" in consecutive order within 10 seconds, and the screen should then display "ULoc". Have a great day!

Bought it under a year ago and it began sparking last night that almost caused a fire. We tried reaching Cusine Arts customer service as it has a 1 year warranty and the serial number we provide is not correct according to them. There are two serial numbers on this model and neither one is correct. Attempted to call the number inside the microwave and scan the QR code for customer service and it takes me to a scam website, I ended up getting a virus notification. Save your money and time. Go with a different brand. Less then a year later and we are out $130.

I read the reviews and thought maybe the reviewers were overly critical on this microwave, but I was wrong. The other reviewers are right. Every time I use the microwave, my wifi goes out. I called the manufacturer and they said I should return the microwave. I also agree with the reviewer that says the door button is finicky and is hard to push. I'm sad to return it because otherwise it's a good microwave with lots of features.

After a couple months the light started flickering while it was running. If we accidentally opened the door before the timer expired, it was still running with the door opened! I called Cuisinart to file a warranty claim and they asked how long it has been doing this. Whatever I told them wasn't long enough. I was told to document it and call back if it happened again. They put me off until the warranty had expired. It looks fine and is easy to use, etc, but it is a DANGEROUS machine!
