Cheap microwave
This is a big heavy microwave which would be great if it had arrived in good condition and if the feet did not fall off of it all the time. Yes we could have returned it but we are in our seventies and lifting such a heavy microwave to return it was out of the question. So we have a dentist in top piece of chrome which is really cheaply made and the feet fall out if we try to adjust it and then don't attach back!

Bad delivery experience
I live on the second floor of an apartment and when my big microwave was delivered lt was left in the lobby even though there are signs saying that FedEx was to deliver packages to the rooms and they never told me that it was delivered. Two of my neighbors told there was a microwave with my name on it and I better get it before someone steals it. It was right by the elevator and it would have been so easy for them to deliver it to my room like they were supposed to. I had to have a friend stay and guard. It while I went out to rent a dolly. I am furious about this deal.

This microwave has had nothing but issues since we took it out of the box. It heats when it wants to, and other times just makes a terrible noise while it smells like very hot electrical. Seems something is wrong with the turntable, as it decided it's not going to turn and then makes the noise as soon as you hit start. It looks nice and I was sold on the child lock. When it works, it works great, just takes 3-5 tries to get it to do what it's supposed to

It cooks quick One touch gives you a minute up to 6 You touch 2 it starts and gives 2 minutes then touch start to add 30 seconds. If on 6 touch start 2 times to get 7 minutes.

great size and features but sadly it made a loud thumping noise as long as the glass turntable was in the microwave. Yes, we had the glass turntable on the turntable base correctly. apparently there is a defect in the cabinet beneath where the wheels rotate. it was an awful banging!
