Q: Can I brew a pod single cup of coffee while the other side is set up to auto brew for the morning? Or do i have to reset the auto brew after I brew a single cup? thanks

A: We have this coffee maker and use it all day, every day. You can NOT do both at once and says so in the manuual as well. Not an isuues at all for us, just wanted to be corect on this.

Q: The back of coffee maker has a slot that looks like it should have some sort of rubber to keep water from coming out. I added the water and I had water all over the counter HELP !!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 2-in-1 Coffee Maker has some nice enhancement from the similar one I purchased in 2019. It still beeps 5 times when the carafe of coffee is finished brewing and after 2 hours from brewing. However, the beeping is not as loud and annoying from the last model. A new feature I enjoy using is the cold brew function. It brews the coffee, both carafe and pod, stronger so it won't be weak over ice. Save on buying cold brew coffee from the stores. Also, I like the additional brewing sizes for the pod coffee, 4, 6, 8 and 10. Personally, I like that the pod and carafe switch sides from the previous model, and this model is slightly more narrow which gives a bit more space on the counter.

I’ve had two of these coffee makers quit working while brewing. They were both under warranty and I did receive replacements in a timely manner but it had to be the same one. Why would I want the same one when two had already quit working? I would not buy another Cuisinart Coffee Maker.

It did not even last the weekend. So went with Cuisinart. So glad I did! Everything works as it should and it makes a great cup of coffee. I especially like the pod side, I also use it for loose pack tea. The only down side, even at the 12 oz setting, it doesn’t fill my mug. I just run it twice to get the amount I want

The controls once you have used them for a while become intuitive. The only thing that I would recommend changing is the lid for the carafe. It is a snap on lid. I personally think a hinged lid would be easier to use.

The third cup of coffee we brewed with this machine the pod literally blew up and spewed coffee grounds everywhere. Then it kept happining and the cleanup was very labor intense. I thought it was just a fluke so called company and they did send me a new machine but it kept happening. Still exploding and I'm still cleaning up almost every day. Wanted to love it, but i really hate it!!

The quality of your product has diminished. The buttons for brewing did not work, the overall quality of the product not up to the previous coffee pots I have purchased. I returned the machine and purchased a Kuerig that felt much more solid, and actually worked.
