Good in general, but a couple of caveats

I bought this Cuisinart toaster oven to replace an aged toaster oven that, I'd discovered, no longer reached the intended temperature. In general, I'm satisfied with the Cuisinart oven, with a couple of exceptions. First, if I place something in the oven immediately after preheating is complete, I've found that the heating coils may still be very hot and cause food to scorch; I've taken to waiting a minute or more to put food in the oven after preheating, as well as using the middle rack position more frequently. Also, I don't like the requirement to initially set a timer, as I prefer to manage that myself. There are ways around that, but they are unnecessarily awkward. Other than that, the toaster oven works well.
Terrible appliance

Terrible appliance, that explains why it is discontinued. Cuisinart willing to send me a new one that will not change how I feel about this product. Oven tray used only twice and it looks rusty and old. My 34 year old tray from another brand looks much better. Cuisinart will not replace tray but they rather I cut the cord, and trash an item that has only been used 2 months.

This was purchased to replace another toaster oven. The dimensions were not as big as we had hoped and it is smaller than the one we replaced. When it is set to the "bake" mode, there is not a second countdown, on the minutes. However, in the "toast" or "bagel" mode, there is a second countdown.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this in our kitchen at work with great reviews. I chose to replace my Delongi, which I had for 18 years. I have only toasted in it so far, but it makes the perfect toast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After intense comparisons, we bought this toaster oven to replace a worn out Panasonic. Good performance so far with one caveat: opening the oven door does not pull out the internal tray and there is no oven light inside. Cuisinart saved those features for the next higher model which is too big for our limited counter space. Oh well, just minor shortcomings, I guess.
Burns food when baking

This toaster oven burns food when baking at the lowest rack level. You have to be in the middle rack position to bake which limits what fits in the oven height wise. Overall, the toaster oven buttons are laid out well. Disappointed that this toaster oven didn’t work for us.

I got this toaster oven just over a month ago. I love it and use it so much, I have only used my full stove once since then. Pre-heats so fast, perfect size, I have been having fun trying new things to cook in my cuisinart. I highly recommend this product. I see some reviews criticizing it as difficult to clean...the drip pan does not clean to look new again but that should not be expected. The best cookware always has that well used look.

I spent weeks researching different toaster ovens before purchasing this one, and I could not be happier with it!!! The size is perfect on my countertop, and it does everything I need it to do... I love how I can tweak it just right for toast and bagels so they come out perfect. And baking is a breeze. Haven't used the convection oven feature yet, so much to learn. While this toaster oven cost more than I planned to spend, it was definitely worth it for such a quality product. Very happy with my purchase! ! !

This is so versatile and does everything from bagels to toast, roasting vegetables, and keeping pancakes warm. I use its functions every day. It is easy to use and does a great job keeping things warm, toasted, roasted or baked. I even use air-frying baskets for chips, and it works so well! After years of use, I finally had to replace my first purchase and did not hesitate buying the same model.

This has been the BEST toaster oven I have purchased. In 2008 I purchased my first one. It had to be turned around to clean the tray. It lasted until 2016 when I purchased a new one and the cleaning tray was accessible from the front. Very well used, it stopped working a month ago. I again purchased the exact same oven. Love all the features.
The toaster oven is very nice looking

I do like the toaster oven. The only thing I wish it had was a light on the inside, other than that, it serves its purpose.
