Reliable product though it came with a missing wheel. My other Danby lasted me 10 yrs.

I picked up this model (or at least the same brand, appearance, and BTU rating) on a fall sale several years ago. I put it in our bedroom, hoping to be able to get some sleep the following summer (I can't sleep in the heat). It worked fine, it took a little time to get used to the noise, now we need to turn it on fan mode just to be able to sleep. With the bedroom door open it slows the rest of the house from heating up as fast. Sometimes we'll move it into the Kitchen when my wife bakes. We've been using it for over 5 years now, still works fine.

I purchased this AC and it has never made my house cool. Cleaned the filters and have done all I could and still it does not blow cool air and does not cool the room.
