A: The clear window pane will require cleaning from time to time. You can remove the glass pane from the unit by pulling the clasp located on the bottom of the unit. I hope this helps!

Just bought our second one, the first one lasted almost 5 years. It's much more attractive on the counter than a traditional toaster, and we like that we can view the level of browning and stop at exactly the right time. It toasts quickly and evenly - we are really pleased with this toaster!

The toaster evenly toasts all types of bread. The heating element is quite different than I've seen before in toaster but it works just fine. I'm quite happy with my purchase. The only reason I give 4 stars is because in order to get the toast level I want (golden brown) I have to crank up the dial to 6 out of 7. It might be due to the types of breads I toast (Whole wheat and bagels) I'm not sure. Anyway I'm happy to keep it. And happy to be able to watch the toasting progress.

It was time to replace my aging toaster. After having purchased 3 Dash air-fryers in the past, I thought it would be reasonable choice to choose a Dash toaster. Besides, Consumer Reports gave it a "best buy" rating in their May 2025 issue. The Dash Clear View toaster is one of the best-looking toasters I have ever seen. The Clear View has one glass side to allow you to view what you're toasting and to watch its progress. It is a very simple toaster to use and clean when needed. Its toasting settings are excellent.

Put my new Clear View Toaster on the counter, plugged it in, and began experimenting. 2-3 slices of bread to adjust the settings, and my toast was brown just the way I like it. Next I tried a couple of bagels. Again. I prefer them a bit brown on both side so I used the toast setting. Enjoy your new Clear View Toaster!

Front glass for viewing toasted items is a plus ! Not sure about other Toasters with a "Bagel Feature" , but this Toaster that just uses the front heating element to toast the bagel is smart. Why toast the "back" of the Bagel ?Browning dial has a good range to select the desired "Shade" of your toast or whatever.Color choices help make the Toaster add a little "Pop" (pun intended) of color in the kitchen.All in all, so far so good.

It makes me sad I didn't get the color I chose. I requested aqua green not grey. Also it's impossible to return if you can't print your own return label. Very disappointed in Target. They need to improve their services.

I like that you can see the toast level. Has good setting levels. However, it comes with design flaws. If food gets stuck on the sides, it will burn, and it's hard to get out. It's very hard to wedge out. Spring is also very strong. Toast pops up violently.

I'm enjoying the see-through window feature. Sometimes using just the darkness selector doesn't always turn out right so it helps to be able to watch your toast to be sure it doesn't come out to dark or light. I also appreciate that the window is removable so it can be cleaned easily. Overall nice toaster but I expect nothing less from Dash
