Cleaning is great. Great on hands.

I don’t like strong scents so this is my go-to. It doesn’t work quite as well as blue dawn, but it’s the best I’ve found. Compromises.

This isn't what I expected because it made me nauseous while washing up from lunch from its overpowering fake lemon scent. It's identical to what I experience when using the aresole furniture polish which I try to mitigate because of having the same ill feelings while using. This is a problem since I use dish detergent all day long, intermidently so I'm going to buy the unscented and give that a try even though some reviews say there's still an odor with that product. I might have to switch brands sadly, unfortunately, if that doesn't work out. I've been a loyal Dawn customer for decades, and now this!! Why couldn't the "Original" scent have continued?!!

Dawn Free & Clear is the only dish detergent we use, but it can be expensive in the smaller sized bottles. The large 54.8 oz bottles are a tremendous value, and we just refill the EZ-Squeeze bottles over and over. There is a very light lemon essence scent, but since Dawn doesn't seem to offer the true Free & Clear detergent any longer, this product is the next best thing. When these are on sale, or Target offers gift cards on their household cleaning products, this product is an even better deal. We always have these delivered to us and Target does a fantastic job of making sure these don't leak onto other products. They tape the screw tops of liquids on, then individually seal the bottles in thick, clear plastic bags that are then zip tied closed. We've never had one of these bottles leak yet, even when it's 100 degrees outside.

I love lemon dawn dish soap. Smells good, not strong. Makes bubbles.

Love this clear dish soap. Difficult to find but Target has it so Thank You Target for carrying it. Love the clear to fill my glass soap pumps with. Of course the same wonder Dawn (as the blue).

I am not sure how this can be listed as “free and clear” with added lemon “essence”. It clearly states on the back of the bottle that fragrance is a potential allergen. I will make sure to look closely at the bottle next time. Would not purchase again due to fragrance. It defeats the purpose of being “free and clear” and shouldn’t be labeled as such.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re already a dawn household. We love power wash and the regular dish soap but this one! This lemon scent is GREAT! It is strong but that’s how I prefer it. I like the lingering lemon scent in my kitchen. It smells so fresh. I have sensitive skin on my hands and this soap did not aggravate that at all. My dishes and sink were left sparkling clean! I also love the new design for the bottle. No cap to be forgotten about. No messy drip. Super convenient and easy.

I was surprised to receive a bottle that I thought had leaked. It wasn’t full and didn’t have a seal on it so I thought I was short on product. I looked closer at the online picture and this is the way it is.

The product works and smells great. Very economical.

I don’t think any of these “natural” soaps clean as well as blue Dawn Ultra or Platinum but this is the best of the more-Earth-friendly varieties (we’ve tried several other brands) and we like the lemon scent. Know that you will use more soap, but hopefully a net positive for the planet and septic.
