First-time purchase. Will never buy again.
Great at washing off grease--WITHOUT needing to rinse before hand. However, the STRONG scent is so overwhelming, I get an IMMENSE headache upon use. Every time. The smell literally makes me dizzy. Also, the super-concentrated fragrance is difficult to rinse off. So, the time saved from not needing to rinse greasy dishes before sudsing up is then wasted because it takes extra time and effort to rinse this dish soap off. I wish there were a fragrance-free version of this formula because it's great at de-greasing. Smells like a concentrated industrial cleanser. Grapefruit. Not lemon or even consented lemon zest. The squeeze bottle is as advertised- it doesn't leak or drip, but the seal/closure is so tight, one has to squeeze with more pressure than with traditional squeeze bottles. As a result, a fat dollop always comes out even if one is just trying to get a tiny dot of soap. So, in that way, it's wasteful. First-time purchase. Will never buy again. Wish we could return it--no one else in our family dares to use it because of the dizzying scent. Do not recommend. We've used Dawn antibacterial dish soap for years to wash our kitchen sink after doing the dishes, without issue. Regret this purchase.

VERY Strong Artificial Lemon Scented
This isn't what I expected because it made me nauseous while washing up from lunch from its overpowering fake lemon scent. It's identical to what I experience when using the aresole furniture polish which I try to mitigate because of having the same ill feelings while using. This is a problem since I use dish detergent all day long, intermidently so I'm going to buy the unscented and give that a try even though some reviews say there's still an odor with that product. I might have to switch brands sadly, unfortunately, if that doesn't work out. I've been a loyal Dawn customer for decades, and now this!! Why couldn't the "Original" scent have continued?!!
