I bought this model thinking that the “Maestro Plus” would be a better option than the previous one, but it turned out to be the opposite. The espresso comes out far too weak because the machine doesn’t deliver the proper pressure, and the final result is really poor. The milk frothing also leaves much to be desired. I only used it for three days and decided to return it to Target. I chose this brand because a friend recommended it, but I’m so disappointed I won’t buy anything from DeLonghi again. I do not recommend it at all.

We’ve made many different coffee based beverages with it and have always been impressed. My favourite feature is the little pedestal for smarter cups. It’s such a small but functional feature that helps reduce the amount of splash residue that needs to be cleaned! This one is a 10/10 for us.

The accessories I have bought after market for my ecp3630 did not fit properly. So I will be looking for a better tamper. Screen. Etc. overall worth every penny. Recommend the upgrade.

I wanted to start making fancier coffees at home and cut back on my Starbucks tab, so I decided to get this machine. The one I wanted was out of stock so I bought a more expensive machine that I probably needed. I got a De'Longhi espresso machine because every appliance I've purchased from that brand just works and I trust them. I'm no barista but so far my coffee concoctions look and taste similar to the "real" thing at a fraction of he cost.

The Dedica Maestro Plus was the perfect gift for my espresso loving husband. The setup was very easy, with clear instructions and helpful accompanying photos. The footprint is perfect for our counter space, not too big or wide. After cleaning and setup, we made the first espresso, and my husband is so happy!! It is so easy to use and very straightforward. He is now going to look for the perfect beans and grind to get him his ideal cup!!

My machine stopped frothing after only 2 months of use. All suggested solutions were attempted. The warranty consists of me shipping the machine to DeLonghi so they can spend a few weeks trying to fix it; trying to repair this brand new machine. I am expected to simply stop drinking coffee while they figure this out, no loaner is offered while I wait. Should I be expected to buy another while I wait? Horrible experience.

The best thing about it is you dont need to do a barista course to make a coffee. The Dedica Maestro Plus doesn't have a built-in grinder, so ground coffee is needed. Missing this feature wasn't a big loss because it made up for it in quality. My favorite feature is definitely the milk frother. I've used manual frothers, whips, and even my previous machines in-built one (which I thought was amazing), but this one blew it out of the water. It uses a double wand for perfect, thick, cloud-like froth every time. Which also makes for cute, professional looking coffees without pinching the wallet. Cleaning is super easy, and it's very low maintenance. It's perfect for anyone looking for a coffee machine but without the effort of learning how to weigh and heat beans. It's as easy as pushing a button. It's relatively quiet as well, which was a big surprise. It's small enough to fit on a desk and extremely light. Which brings me to the two cons. It's VERY light. It has suctions on the bottom. However, when taking the coffee handle in and out, I'd have to hold the machine down as the machine will move with it. As well as it being light, the handle is a little tricky to put in and out. Mine never clicked all the way in and would get tight when it's turned. It still worked fine, but I could never get it straight. The water dispenser is a sturdy quailty tank. I like the nice click it makes to let you know it's in place and ready to use. It's big enough for me and my 2-3 coffees a day, which has me refilling it every few days. The best part is that you don't need to check the water level. It lets you know when it needs to be refilled. The last great feature I'll mention is that you can also choose how hot you want your milk and coffee with three options. All in all, operating the Dedica Maestro Plus is foolproof and will have you feeling like a pro at your first espresso.

The performance is amazing, the outcome is out of this world, especially the cappuccino. The material made is really tough, especially the one you hold the coffee. And the machine is small enough to be over the table, without compromising the quality of the coffee. It is perfect for my kitchen, basically. As 50% Italian, this made my heart beat because it is a way to get closer to my roots.

The milk frother is automated which saves time in the morning frothing my milk manually, and even froths oat milk well with different settings for different milks. Love that it comes with everything I needed. On a side note make a double Espresso then steaming milk first repeat another steam with Baileys - it is the perfect pick me up for the afternoon.

We weren’t to sure how it would go being so little and compact but it has been incredible. I’m in love with the milk frothing and their heat options, I no longer need my thermometer to tell me how long I need to keep frothing the milk for. There were a few different things we needed to adjust from our old coffee machine because there were so few new options, especially with the infusion temperature we wanted our beans. So that has been a learning curve (absolutely game changer though) but apart from that it has been so easy to use with clear buttons on the top of the machine, we can both say that we were very surprised at how good this machine has been so far! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new machine with its affordable price and how easy it is to use to make a great coffee!

When I first received it, I had to wait for my coffee to arrive, and I'm not going to lie, the process of setting it up was quite hard. It's not an automatic machine, but I felt like there were more fiddly parts to it than I expected. I made a few coffees at the beginning that weren't up to scratch. The machine comes with three different filters that you put in, but they didn't seem to fit quite right at first. It took me a little more time to fiddle around and get everything working properly. Once I got the hang of it, it became easier to use. The instructions were a bit overwhelming and confusing at times, especially for someone who has used coffee machines before. I ended up bypassing most of the beginner questions and figured out the technical parts on my own. After that, I was able to produce some nice coffee. I'll need to give it a few more tries to perfect it, but all in all, I'm pleased with the results so far. If you're looking for an easy coffee machine, the initial setup might be a bit of a turn-off. However, once you get past that, it’s quite simple to make yourself a morning coffee with much ease. The coffee quality is great, and the machine offers good customization options once you get used to it. Some pros and cons to think about: . **Pros:** - Sleek and compact design - Quick heat-up time - Customizable settings - Efficient and easy to use steam wand **Cons:** - The water tank is on the smaller side, so it needs frequent refilling - The machine can be a bit noisy during operation

We were able to get a delicious cup of coffee first time around with no issues at all! The instructions were simple to understand and the machine itself is super easy to clean and mess free. It is a little large so it does require some space. We found the latte art options were a bit underwhelming but this could be because we are still quite new to the machine. Overall I think it’s very user friendly, quite easy to maintain and manoeuvre especially for first timers! We do have a decent grinder though and did use that in combination with our machine (just to note.)

I have this product. The first one left puddles on the counter from the start. The second worked for a week or so, then began leaking. I understand that this is unusual. The design and size are perfect. The coffee is very good, and the automatic froth function is delightful, although manual frothing may be necessary at the end. A further issue was the need to descale after two weeks in an area with extremely soft water. This occurred on the first and the second unit. It almost makes me wonder if they had not been used before, although they seemed brand new out of the box. Unit two goes back to Crate and Barrel tomorrow - a shout out for exceptional service - and I am wavering between the more expensive Breville Barrista pro. I do not need the grinder, but the Breville Barrista has reportedly poor performance with light roast beans due to a low temperature. I had a Dedica for about ten years before n O ring gave out.

The coffe machine itself is very handy and compact for daily use. It makes you restaurant or Cafe style coffe. It's easy to clean as well and you can choose your espresso levels.
