This machine is AWESOME! You create personal profiles, set your drink likes, sizes, and strengths. The machine also tells you when to add beans and when to empty and fill other compartments. Above all else, the taste is AMAZING!

Finally feels like a café at home
I’ve had the De’Longhi Magnifica Plus for a short time now, and I’m already wondering why I didn’t make this upgrade sooner. The machine is incredibly intuitive, the setup took just a few minutes, and the guided prompts make dialing in your preferred strength and milk texture almost effortless. The espresso quality is the standout feature. The crema is rich, the temperature is spot-on, and it extracts flavor better than any machine I've owned before (and I’ve gone through a few). The built-in grinder is quiet, consistent, and gives you plenty of control over your beans. The milk frothing system is another win — fast, smooth, and it creates microfoam good enough for latte art if you’re into that. Cleanup is also surprisingly simple, which was one of my biggest concerns before purchasing. Daily maintenance is literally a rinse and a button press. If you’re on the fence, this is worth it. It turns a morning routine into a moment you actually look forward to. It feels like having a personal barista without the learning curve. Highly recommend...especially if you appreciate great coffee but don’t want to become a full-time home barista to enjoy it.

The DeLonghi Magnifica is an excellent machine! This is our third one over the last twenty plus years. We use them a lot, so we tend to wear them out. Unfortunately we went with another brand during covid and were never as happy with it. The Delonghi makes such delicious drinks, has perfect crema, and is so easily maintained! It is a well thought out product and now makes so many different drinks! We are happy!

Great Coffee and Easy to Maintain
I purchased this machine after owning a Philips 3200 for three years. I was content with the it, and planned to buy a new Phillips 4400 to replace it before I settled on the Magnifica Plus after reading some reviews. I'm glad I took time for some extra research because this machine is better in every way. Two things about it stand out. First, it makes noticeable better coffee than the Philips machine. When a friend who also has Philips machine tried it, he immediately noticed the difference. Second, it very easy to clean and maintain. This really surprised me. After using the Philips machine for a couple of weeks, the inside and the brew unit were covered in wet, sticky coffee grounds. Cleaning it was always an unpleasant chore. When I cleaned my new Delonghi Magnifica Plus for the first time, I was shocked to find that inside of the machine and the brew unit were very clean. Cleaning it took about 5 of minutes. The waste box in this machine is pretty large and it appears that virtually all the gross stuff winds up in it instead of inside the machine. I'm very happy with my new Delonghi Magnifica Plus!

Good buy
The first machine that got to me was faulty so after trying to troubleshoot with the help of the support team I had to send it back and wait for a new one. Once the new arrived I was a bit disappointed to see that I didn’t get the free coffee sample as the first box had but overall so far ( abt 3 weeks) I have loved the machine. Very easy to use. Love the variations of coffee and being able to set the size and strength of the cup.

Fresh and exciting coffee making
My wife and I have been contemplating getting an automatic espresso machine for a couple of years now. And I've got to tell you, it's worth every penny with our first ever Delonghi Magnifica Plus machine. We love drinking coffee and wasted a lot of money from previous k-cup, combo coffee machines in the past. We've finally owned a proper coffee espresso machine that literally changes our way of drinking coffee. What's not to like? Freshly grind and brewed coffee every morning. No plastic k-cups to deal with disposing it every time. Multiple options of how you want your coffee made. Having an option of a frother is a very welcomed addition to making your coffee exciting. It's very easy and simple maintaining this machine and so far it hasn't failed us keeping us caffeinated. This is an awesome machine and thank you Delonghi for this invention.

I purchased my magnifica just before Christmas, worked great for a time now 6 -7 months in it’s not, have contacted the store and the manufacturer neither of which has dealt with the issue.

Perfect coffee!
The Magnifica Plus has been working beautifully in the month since I purchased it. My family and I have tried most of the coffee options and found our favorites. The coffee tastes great and the default temperature is perfect. What a treat! One negative is how noisy the machine.

I own Magnifica Plus for about a month. First fully automatic machine, I was not sure how good that can be. So far no regrets, works great and my family enjoy variety of coffee drinks. Cleaning process is pretty simple and there is not big deal to clean milk attachment as well. The best thing is that screen helps you to easily setup size and strength of the drink. Only advice is not mess up too much with grinder positions. Once you change too much and too quickly is hard to come back to previous setup. Only make changes when grinding and do not let coffee beans to run out.

Look no further!
My husband and I couldn't be happier with this product. I will admit I felt overwhelmed when the machine arrived and we needed to set it up. The instructions were very easy to follow and setting up the machine took no time at all. We have enjoyed trying all the different coffee drinks and the machine walks you through that as well. The Flat White is the best I have ever had. The milk is very creamy! It's a good price point compared to other brands. We were using coffee pods before and it's nice to know we don't have to order those anymore or have the expense. Also, this machine does not take up a lot of space on the counter and it's very sleek looking compared to other ones we were looking at. It's nice how the coffee beans are put on the top without seeing the beans in a canister. When the beans are ground they fall into a canister where it's easy to clean and there's no mess. Stop looking for another machine, this is the one!

Overall good with just a few annoying issues
Overall this machine is great, but if you try to grind anything smaller than a 3 on the grind setting, the machine will not make any espresso/coffee. I’ve tried this on 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and it always happens and seems to be a defect in the machine. So now I have to set grind level above a 4 for it to work consistently. If this was not happening I would have given it a much higher rating.

For medium roast Arabic beans, we recommend setting the grinder to 3-5 for optimal results. Keep in mind that the grinder can only be adjusted while it is in operation.
