Q: Why does my question not appear after 3 days?

A: Right, ib realize there is some verification needed, but why does it take more than a week to get a response? It's pretty much a deterrent to even asking questions if a guest can't get a response within a day or two. I've pretty much given up and will just buy it from Amazon who has it in stock like everyone else except target.

overall the unit works fine really like the automatic grind and the choice of drinks but the biggest single problem the coffee just isn't hot enough so we generally just go back to using the Ninja and brew Kcups regrettably

Bad Manual
The machine seems great but the manual is terrible. It does not describe all of the 7 coffee options on the control panel. Paragraph 11.4 refers to sections 8.5, 8.7 and 8.9 that don't exist. Section 11.1.4 has a chart that describes drinks that don't exist and ignores some that are on the control panel.

Good quick cup of coffee with options
I wanted an expresso maker to make Americano and other coffee drinks , my Nespresso just isn’t that great (although much better than a Keirig) but I didn’t want all the work of the expresso machines The Delonghi Magnifico Evo was my choice So far the coffee on strong grind set at 4 and temp hot is a good as it gets I’m preferring it over my Mochamaster drip coffee when i don’t need a full pot It’s simpler, quicker and ready to go, and the coffee is better ( good fresh beans ) Hope it lasts

An excellent choice, you will like it.
Don’t hesitate purchasing it especially if they are on sale. You will enjoy it and be completely satisfied with it. The warranty is 2 years but you will also get an extra year of warranty if you register your product. What I liked: easy to clean, convenient, makes freshly ground coffee anytime you want. What I did not like: It’s been three weeks and all good so far.

Great quality, delicious coffees, and the lattes are the best! I'm not giving it 5 stars because I think it's an issue that shouldn't be present in a product of this price. The fact that you can't add ground coffee if the machine is off because it can cause damage to the system. That's not intuitive and is something that could very liquely happen.

The frother only produces luke warm milk. There is no froth at all when you make a cappuccino. I’ve reached out to De’Longhi and they offered no resolution. I would like to exchange my new machine for another that works properly, but that is not an option. I suggest getting a machine from another source that offers exchanges if necessary.

At first blush this is a great machine, but.
After returning a different brand I purchased this machine. Out of the box, set it up, brewed an espresso drink. It was great! Coming from an old Jura this machine surprised me. Quieter, faster, easier, and by far cheaper. We do make 20oz drinks to take on the road, so will need to learn how to do that. Wife was disappointed there was not more stainless, she does not like the silver plastic front. I would prefer it was all black

Awesome automatic/espresso, cappuccino machine!
I bought this particular machine couple of months ago, we got off to a rough start had to send it back. Something wasn’t right with the calibration and the way the water was distributed. They did send a new machine and it works great. I’m ready to buy a second one for my winter home. It’s pretty easy to maintain as long as you stay on top of it I’ve already descaled mine twice. I can’t believe that it is marked down. Here.

The Magnifica Evo is fully automatic! Not much thinking required. It's missing features that our Magnifica S had but that's okay. It makes a great coffee or latte (my wife's favourite). This is our 3rd Delonghi. Love it.
