I was sent a dirty used product. Still waiting for my full refund. This was sold by a third party through targets app. It wasn’t sold by target- so be careful what you’re buying and who you’re buying from. I didn’t realize target was doing this!

Does not work

Thought it would be a factory reset--not shipped in original box, no filters and machine does not work--it cycles when turned on but when a drink is chosen it tries to make the drink and then throws and error light-don't buy this refurbished machine, just save the extra and buy it new :( Will be returning to target tomorrow!!

Refurbished buy

Bought the refurbished model - several attempts at making espresso - needed to adjust coarseness of the grinder. Assumed refurbished was back to factory reset so this adjustment was a surprise. Also the QR code sticker for support was blacked out. And no original packaging. Also water reservoir had small chip in corner (aesthetic only)
