Q: Hi, my heater can be set maximum 84 deg only & when weather is very cold it does not seem to quickly warm up or even sufficient to heat my 12ftX12ft office. Never had such issues with other heaters.

When the temperature of the room is colder, ideally, the room will take longer to get warm. Due to the exclusive design, up to 35% more heat is transferred; the more radiant surfaces in the room, the faster heat is transferred. This is my favorite heater!
I’ve used lots of portable heaters in my 40 years, and this one is my favorite! I’ll be getting another one for my basement. It warms up quickly and puts off a good bit of heat without annoying noise or fans.

I've had this for about two months now, and I am disappointed. The only way I can get this to heat a room is if I put it on the max temperature, and sometimes that doesn't even work .

This thing didn't work right out of the box. It was still cool to the touch after two hours. With a weird smell that came from the unit. Spend a few more bucks and get a reputable brand.

Odd ticking noise
I found the heater to wake me up consistently throughout the night. It makes a loud ticking noise (30 ticks) every few minutes. Probably when it kicks on to maintain the 68 degrees. I will need to return this heater because of it. Bought it a week ago and still has loud ticking.

Doesn't heat had it on all night and nothing unless you're close to it we started smelling some kind of plastic burning we couldn't figure out what it could be. We finally saw this morning that the outlet was burnt and when we pulled it out the plug was melted and a big fire spark came out. Seriously could have caused a fire what kind of heater does this. I have 3 kids in the house under 18 me and my elderly mom and my sister this could have killed us all.

Bad packaging results in damaged products.
These heaters are packed really bad and they do damage during shipping. Learned the hard way, second heater I picked up in store, both dented by inside the box. There is really no protection to the sides of the heater. What a waste of resources.
