They fit securely, discreetly and comfortably, and sometimes he can’t tell it’s there. He said that they’re fairly absorbant and controls the odor pretty well. Great quality and he was super pleased.

The product is great I ordered 3 because you would get a $5 gc with the purchase. They only brought me 2 with no text to ask if I still wanted them or add another product. I feel like the shoppers should know the deals to ask customer if they are still interested.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was incentivized with this complimentary item by Influenster and Depends in exchange for my honest review. These protective guards come in a green mesh cloth to safeguard the pad from becoming dirty. It has 6 adhesive skinny lines running from top to bottom so the product will stay in place. The instructions indicate that these are to be worn with brief-type underwear and NOT boxer briefs. For sizing purposes, it looks like an upside down bowling pin where the skinny part fits between your legs and the bulbous part covers the groin to the bellybutton area. It is extremely wide at the top, too wide in my opinion, but it’s to fit men who “go left or go right” depending on preference. The edges have a curved pleating similar to baby diapers that fit around the thighs so they leak less. They absorb fairly well but they are far too bulky to be practical. The plastic backing also makes a crinkly noise which is quite embarrassing. I would buy these if they came in a more streamlined version.

I had a family member who had recently and diagnosed with prostate cancer in which they developed a urinary leak. They were able to fit these discreetly in their underwear to catch it throughout the day. The pads are extremely absorbent, and there is no smell from the urine which is a nice bonus. This gave my family member their confidence back to go out in public while they were going through their prostate cancer treatment. I would highly recommend this item to any male who’s dealing with any sort of daily incontinence.
