Cleared up the rash quickly! 40% Zinc

This product doesn't smell great and the consistency IS watery, however it WORKS on really red diaper rash. I've used Triple Paste & Boudreaux's Butt Paste but they weren't as effective at clearing up the diaper rash my baby had like this Up & Up Zinc Cream did. The reason? It has a much higher % of...  see moreof Celia's review

I ordered this in hopes of finding a cheaper alternative to our all time favorite Boudreaux's ButtPaste Maximum Strength diaper cream. Low and behold, it does! It's not as thick as ButtPaste, but it is definitely just as effective AND (drum roll please) it's half the price! Woot! Who doesn't love a ...  see moreof Bottaway4's review

I tried few different brands before I found this one - they all were fine, this one is no exclusion. We have no problems with this at all, just put some everytime I change the diaper as preventive measure and no irritation or diaper rush ever (even when the guy happens to mess himself at night and s...  see moreof FromEverett's review

I actually prefer this up and up maximum strength over the desitin. It 'sticks' better and stays put, unlike other ones that just rub off on the diaper. It maybe doesn't stick quite as well as AllPaste, however, for the price, its definitely our go-to now. It's almost as good as the super expensive ...  see moreof iowatargetgal's review

Shortly after purchase this stuff separated entirely into oil and grainy white stuff. Yuck. Unusable. Too bad because we use a lot of diaper paste at our house.  see moreof Ellie's review

Works just as well as name brand for way cheaper. Stays put very well, to the point that you’ll need to give your kiddo a good bath to get it all off. I prefer it to any other cream I’ve used on my little one.  see moreof Janmac's review
