It sharpens great from all sides and the grip is sturdy but I am a bit clumsy at the moment with my hand being bruised. However, this sharpener will be a welcome addition to any kitchen and/or garage tools.

Pocket knives, scissors, hunting knives and kitchen knives. Took a bit of work to figure out what I was doing but in the end I think I got pretty good results. My sewing scissors are cutting very nicely and my pocket knives are better than when they were new.

It says the blue side is for restoring the edges of knives. So far, I've had no need to try it, but if it works as well as the other two sides, I'm sure it's great.

I liked having the three different color-coded grits available on the same tool. The course grit quickly took out the small dings on a couple of the knives. The fine and ultra fine grits cleaned up the rough edge and the knives were well sharpened. For me, it is a little too small for large butcher knives, but worked well with paring knives and a pocket knife. Though it is a handheld tool, I found it easier to control using the rubber edges on the table top.

The different grits of stone help you get even a pitted, dull, wavy blade back to perfect cutting performance. The absolute best thing about this sharpener, IMHO, is the multiple angle guides. It REALLY helps to get your blades where they should be to use as they are intended. It's not just a generic draw sharpener that puts all knives to a single angle. Truly a work of wonder for those who like keeping their knives at their absolute best!

Comfortable, sturdy handle with a non-slip grip. Integrated angle guides for repeatable results. The stones are removable for cleaning and replacement. Scissors, wide variety of knives and various tools and even fish hooks can be sharpened with this tool. This one sharpener truly does it all.

I started out with a few passes on the coarser stone and progressed to the finest and it worked great.

The DMT Tristone Rotator proved to be incredibly user-friendly, especially with the handy angle options on the handle. Cleanup was a breeze once I finished sharpening. Now I’m ready to sharpen my gardening shears instead of buying new ones when they get dull. This tool is definitely a winner!

With this you can re-profile your blade and put a finished edge without our having to grab another sharpener. Great quality and a great price.

The plates are removable, and replacements are easy to get if you ever wear them out. They're made in Massachusetts, which is a nice bonus.

It has three different grits, coarse, fine, and extra fine. This has improved my investment by not having to replace my knife set that was getting dull. I would recommend to others.

Super handy to have a few finishes all together and not tracking down what you need each time. The handle lets you get a decent angle, as well.

It also had three different types of sharpening edges which is amazing. It was really easy to use.
