Good small sharpener
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good small sharpener. Easy to carry and works great. I used it on all my serrated knives and was super impressed how easy it was and how sharp my knives got. I'm not sure they have ever been that sharp

Love this fine grit sharpener
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sharpener was given to me by a friend and I use it more often than I thought I would originally. I wish one sharpener fits all but that isn't the case. I use this for a few specific knives that I have and use it often. Definitely recommend.

Does the job.

For me it's just holding in one hand while sharpening knife with other. I would like a fatter handle to grasp personally so I don't feel as afraid I might drop.

Grit Sharpener

I like the idea of a sharpener that closes securely and can be stored anywhere in my kitchen or work area. However, the plastic handles felt a little unsecure and I was afraid I was going to snap them off.

Too time consuming tool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sharpener is a stylus attached to a plastic handle. In order to sharpen serrated knives, each individual serration must be sharpened by the stylus. While the diamond stylus may be superior in sharpening versus a drag through sharpener, it will take a lot longer to sharpen each serration. The directions were not clear as to how many individual strokes of the sharpener would be required. This is a very time consuming tool.

This sharpener only has a fine grit, for finer and less rough work on blades- this may not be a great first option for damaged or particularly dull blades that needs a coarser grit.

Extremely handy sharpening in the field!

I have used it in the field to sharpen a chainsaw blade and the serrated portion of my pocket-knife. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice hand held sharpener. Once the handles are locked in it’s really solid. The coarse side prepares the blade really nicely with a good clean edge. The fine side hones it well with a nice fine edge. The sharpness is good enough for most cutting chores. It will take some practice to maintain the correct angle consistently. That’s part of the fun. It’s also light and compact to be carried around without noticing you even have it.

Light and portable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sharpener is for serrated knives with divots. It is portable and lightweight for taking along on camping, hunting, etc. The sharpener has a very sharp point and should only be used by adults. It gets the serrated areas and divots extremely sharp. You cannot use a regular knife sharpener for serrations and get into the crevices like this tool can. Highly recommend this product.

Not my favorite tool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I tried to use this I found that with no angle guide it was difficult to maintain a consistent angle. Grit area changes along the rod are small and leave little room for filling motion. I found it to have the potential to damage the blade for the above reasons
