It’s been about a week since I bought this and I’m wondering why I haven’t gotten this sooner. It is amazing so far, perfect for my two BR apartment. It does such a great job. I set it to vacuum while I’m at work and come home to clean floors and I love that!

I loved the vacuum until we switched internet. The moment we did I couldn’t connect it anymore which then meant it wouldn’t work. I called the manufacturer and was told it had to be connected to 2.4 and would not help in anyway. Said I needed to return it to the place I bought it which was sadly past the return policy. Besides the internet issue we absolutely loved this product.

My husband and I love this robot. We initially purchased it with low expectations, and honestly, we thought we would return it as we were leaving target with it. But, we recognized how clean the house was almost immediately after setting it up. Our house is not that large so if you have a large space, the fact this robot doesn't hold much water for the mopping function might be a problem for you. We live in 1,200 square feet. We have 2 medium sized doodles ( so low shedding), but they bring in tons of dirt when they come in from the yard. I was constantly cleaning the floors. Like....daily. it's now been 4 months I haven't cleaned the floors once.

Never worked on the mop setting. The unit would not suck water into it from the tank. Technical support through dreame was completely useless. Target did give me a cash refund. Not worth the $400 I spent on it and ruined my Christmas gift for my wife.

Really good robo vacuum! It maps out your home and doesn’t miss a single area. So advanced.

I regret buying the Dreame E30 Ultra. From day one, the Dreame app gave me constant network errors. The first support rep brushed it off, saying it was because my WiFi wasn’t 2.4GHz. I verified with my internet provider—it supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. That wasn’t the issue. I called back and got another rep who finally admitted it might be an app error. So basically, they don’t know what’s wrong. For the amount of money people are spending on this, that’s unacceptable. You’d think a “smart” product would come with smarter support. What’s worse is I bought this based on a friend’s recommendation—same internet setup, some issues with app, but eventually got connected—so it’s clearly the product or the app that’s failing, not my setup. It will be returned first thing in the morning. Dreame should consider including a remote and stop pretending this is high-end tech when clearly they are not equipped for it.

Not good for dog hair, it always gets stuck and needs assistance. I also don’t like that you have to buy the vacuum bags and can’t just empty a canister each time.

This vacuum has terrible suction and will literally roll right over dirt and debris and it stays on the floor! I run this nightly and I can never even tell it’s done! I had a different robot vacuum before from the “main” brand of vacuum robots and it cleaned way better! Not to mention this doesn’t have a water tank in the robot and just wets the pads back at the base station occasionally. This was a complete waste of money. Doesn’t do anything. For this price I am so disappointed! Should have got a cheaper one that actually cleans.

I can’t tell you how nice it is to come home from work to a freshly mopped and vacuumed apartment. You can set cleaning schedules, no-go zones, power levels, and more with their app. It’s so easy to use. SUPER loud when running and even louder when it’s done and empties itself out which is why I run it while I’m at work. I don’t have any pets so can’t comment on pet hair but it does a great job cleaning!

Overall a really good vacuum. The biggest down fall is the lack of on board water tank. This means the robot has to return often to wet the pads. Doing the is ensures the pads stay wet and clean, but this also means you will be replacing the water tanks very often which, to me, defeats the purpose of a robot vacuum if I have to do the tanks every other day. Other than that the navigation is good and the app is very good.

This is an amazing vacuum robot! It has exceeded all expectations. The object avoidance is great, it vacuums amazingly, and no it mops very well. I did a couple of tests to see how well it was working and it passed them with flying colors. First one was I went and vacuumed my room after it ran with my heavy duty corded vac and it barely picked anything else up. The second test was a deep mop with my regular mop after this ran for a week and the mop water was almost clean. There are some areas it can’t reach but they are few and are easily taken care of with a weekly quick vacuum with my stick vacuum. I researched for a while and this is definitely the best value.

I bought three of this vacuum. One for each floor in my house. It has been about a week, and I am very happy with it. It does thorough job with vacuuming and mopping.

I like that this robot vacuum does everything. It mops. It vacuums. It maps. It empties its own dust bin. It empties its own water. It cleans its own mop pads. It makes it really easy to have a cleaner home. The app works pretty well. Overall I think this will save me a lot of time in cleaning. And since time is money I think this is worth the price and would recommend it. I did have a problem when I first set it up. The water pump would not fill the water. I found a solution online to blast some water through the water line using a syringe. This worked and it worked fine after. Took about an hour to figure out.

From the moment I unboxed it, the sleek and modern design really got my eye. It’s stand tucks perfectly away in a corner , And the vacuum itself is compact enough to fit under most of my furniture. I have mix of carpets and hardwood floors in my home, and this vacuum handled both with ease. it picked up everything from pet hair to dust particles. I’m amazed at the mop feautre which I admire so much as that’s not my favorite thing to do around the house. On top of all these amazing features , setting up in the app was super straightforward. This app was super user-friendly, allow allowing me to schedule cleanings , switch between modes , create a map of my house , and monitor the vacuums progress. I like the notification it offers that allows you to see if the vacuums needs emptying or any maintenance. I am over the moon about this product ! I received an incentive to write this review.

The set up was easy and the app it pairs with is user friendly as well. The vaccum knows when to adjust going from hard wood to carpet and will vaccum and then mop after. The vacuum home is a little big but very sleek looking and was easy to tuck somewhere without drawing too much attention. I received an incentive to write this review.

I’m very dissatisfied. I have to schedule for it to come back to base to rinse the mop every 10 minutes…. And it doesn’t do a very good job at cleaning. Won’t vacuum popcorn kernels or leafs. It took me 4 1/2 hrs to figure out how this worked. I have hard floors and this just isn’t it :(. If you have kids or dogs I don’t recommend. I have had this for a month now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for my dad who is getting older and can't do household things as well as he used to. Thanks to the app I can set up everything for him and he only needs to empty the tanks after the cycle is finished. They are easy to access at the top. The set up of the hardware is relatively easy and intuitive but the software aka the app was a bit confusing at first and I had to view a few videos to get it set up to how I like it. There is an extra program called clean genius in the app but for a better result for the edges I recommend setting it up yourself even if it take a bit more time. The first time takes the longest since it need to map out every area and you should be at home for that just in case it gets stuck somewhere. You can set up routines like at which time and which zones need more attention and what to avoid like furniture. As far as I can tell the moping function works well. Only use vacuum robot cleaning solution for it though. All in all I am pretty satisfied I received an incentive to write this review.

Good suction power and mopping . Good value for the money . The only thing missing is heated drying of mops and cleaning solution auto system which I did not care much . Will maintain the flooring of all kinds to pristine condition . Great app hands down.

The unit does not seem to contain an onboard water tank which is needed to keep the mops from drying out during the mopping process and does require frequent visits back to the dock to reset the mops. This does hinder the mopping performance somewhat. The vacuum seems to be top notch though. Obstacle avoidance was very good as was overall navigation. I did find the app a little difficult to navigate at first but I did get the hang of it. For the money, this robot can’t be beat. Keep in mind if you need heavy duty mopping a more upscale model may be required.
