I really love this foundation. I was devastated when they discontinued their foundation in the frosted square bottle with a black pump. It was my fav I stocked up but I recently ran out. This is a great replacement. Medium buildable coverage, silicone based and works really well over moisturizer or the grip primer. My only issue with this is that the “neutral” shades are very warm. But the “warm” shades are more neutral toned. For instance, 21 is light neutral and is ORANGE. But 22 is light warm and is much more neutral.

It’s not greasy so it’s good because I do sweat a lot and that doesn’t affect it or around my nose too , it gets greasy (my nose gets greasy naturally ) but that wasn’t a problem either. Like my nose didn’t even get greasy or the makeup didn’t run or smear or anything. I posted how my skin looks without it and with . I didn’t apply a lot because I like my makeup light . But I really loved how it looks . It looks natural.

likes: great color match, probably the best i ever had for my fair skin and rosacea. It didnt oxidize super dark or weird colored. Also at a very affordable. dislikes: unfortunately thats where the nice things about it kinda end. I wanted to love this as a new favorite but it applied patchy (kept picking up product when i tried to build it up a lil more). it also didnt stay very well despite primer and setting spray. really kinda bummed.

So Disappointing
Matched my skin perfectly and didn't feel heavy or greasy so I was really hoping this would work. At application finish was very matt and gave that "made up" look. Not at all natural. It says its "soft glam" so I figured it would be good for nights out if not office wear. 1 hour after I put it on, MAJOR shine in t-zone and the color had turned orange-ish. My face not only looked greasy but like it was covered in bad spray tan. Not a good look for glam or office.

I don’t like the feel of foundation on my whole face, I dab a small amount onto darker or redder areas and blend it in. I always prime with a hyaluronic acid serum as I prefer a hydrated, dewy finish. I sometimes mix a lighter shade with this one (I squirt the product onto a small plastic plate like an easel) for under eye correction.

I should know better by now, but the influencers (who will say literally anything to get you to buy) had me convinced this was the best drugstore foundation out there. It's awful! I bought light cool, and it was so dark and orange on me! I went ahead and tried it on a day I had nowhere to go, because I figured I could go back for a lighter shade if I at least liked the formula. It's very thick and dry, and I feel like it emphasized every bit of texture and lines on my skin. Straight to the trash!!!

It's not the product itself. I'm upset that the worker who picked this out for the pickup order didn't ensure it was unopened. It had clearly been opened and used already. Really upset they chose to give that to me.
