When first opening the bottle the smell seems kind of strong but in use, it's not a chemical, so it doesn't give me a pain in the head or make me sick. Scent also dispels pretty quickly as you rinse it away. This is perfect for somebody who doesn't want to get a headache from a chemical, or worse a migraine. I I am oleasd w/ the qualiy. t made a big difference in my hair on first use, even without any conditioner at all. My hair is pretty frizzy and it is now smoother. I've used all kinds of high-end stuff and this one is really made a difference in my frizz immediately. Will definitely repurchase every time.

I really liked this shampoo at first. It made my hair feel very clean, the scent is amazing, and it leaves my hair soft. However, after using it for a while, I started noticing flaking and peeling on my scalp, which I had never experienced before. I wash my hair only twice a week. My daughter used this shampoo once and had the exact same reaction, her scalp started flaking on the first use. Unfortunately, we both had to stop using it.

Made my scalp break out horribly

This shampoo left my hair feeling dirty and looking greasy. Worse than that, I broke out in horrible acne all over my scalp and around my hairline. I have not had this bad of a reaction to shampoo since the early 2000's. It may work fine for some but it wasn't for me. I've only used it three times and I will not be using it again. My scalp hurts so badly from all of the acne.

It’s a good shampoo but it does give me some major dandruff 2-3 days after washing and i usually don’t get dandruff but these give me some big flakes. It was almost perfect left my hair feeling super soft and nice.
