Thermos stuck closed
The box closure pops open easily so we made sure to put the box in a zipper lunchbox to prevent leaking in the backpack. The deal breaker is that the thermos is impossible to open if it gets slightly off track when closing. We’ve tried everything and asked our strongest neighbors for help and it still won’t open. Thankful for target’s great customer service and that we were able to be refunded because we ultimately had to toss the thermos.

Cute but not practical.
Really cute concept, but it extremely hard for a 5 year old to open the thermo, she can’t do it on her own. The lunchbox worked great for the first week, however after a couple of weeks, the lunchbox doesn’t close fully, and the food spills all over the bag. Thankfully I was able to get a refund, but they need to work on the design.

Doesn't work for hot food
The hot food section doesn’t work. When you put hot food in the thermos part, the heat seals the lid and it becomes impossible to remove. We tried it several times but it get so stuck that adults can’t open it, let alone my child.

Perfect Lunch Box
There are other brands that offer the cold and warm storage for kids lunches but can get pricey. I love that Target offers this option and the charms also fit the gibbetz that you put on Crocs which is genius. The lunch box itself is very functional, it has 4 compartments, 3 of which can be for snacks and 1 for the thermos. My son loves having the option of eating a warm lunch.

Hard to open for little ones. Also the thermo only keeps food warm for about 2 hours max.

Good Thermas, not good box
Pros: thermal keeps things to temp by lunchtime. I do prep it with hot / cold water prior to filling. Perfect sized portions. Cons: the rest of the lunch box is NOT leakproof. I put fruit into the side container and it leaked into the other compartment as well as into the lunch bag.

Don't waste your money!
NOT leakproof. Any sort of fruit I pack on the cold side leaks all over chips and other snacks I put in different sections and makes them soggy. We used it twice and his lunch has been a mess every time. Not to mention it doesn’t close good, after two uses ours now will not latch at all.

Poor design
If your child accidentally cross-threads the thermos(which is super easy for little ones to do), you’ll have to toss it—because once that happens, the top is nearly impossible to remove from the top.

Its not worth it
The box itself is hard for me to open, and impossible for my kindergartener(without spilling stuff). It doesn’t keep stuff cold even with the ice pack. The individual compartments in the box often leak into other compartments. We haven’t even tried the thermos because my child also struggles opening it without spilling stuff. But I’ve read that it doesn’t keep food warm. Figures.

It’s a good size but it doesn’t keep food warm at all. I’ve tried boiling water and letting it sit for 10 minutes but the food is still cold 4 hours later when my kid would need to eat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Top rack dishwasher safe! Nothing else needs to be said! 🤣 Really though, this is a great, durable lunch box. My daughter has used it two days this week with us washing it in the dishwasher. The charms have stayed on and the hot box has kept her food warm. Nothing has leaked into the other compartments and my daughter loves the charms and colors. It is a little hard to get the lid part off to put the ice pack in, but kids do not need to do that part so it’s not a big deal. Over all, I would recommend this as a regular lunch box.

Don't buy!!
This lunch box arrived with the main thermos missing along with missing cute stickers. After it arrived with missing items , I saw the reviews that many other customers had the same problem. They need to remove this product.
