I’ve had both my ember mugs (fell I love with two colors) for a couple of years and I LOVE them. Both mugs keep my coffee at 140 degrees for around 90 minutes, which is plenty of time to savor a cup or two. I’m looking for an excuse to buy another. Highly recommend them.
Mug is fine but both of mine needed replacement just out of warranty

I've had two of these mugs, a black one and now the stainless. The black one had the coating peel off it just outside of the year warranty and now the stainless one has a broken charger pin on the pad and will no longer charge. Coffee stays hot for awhile longer but I'm out $150+ in a mug/charger in two years so that's your call if it's worth it.

This is my third ember and have had issues with quality. It is a year old but for the last six months the charging pad has had the known mfr issue where the spring on the charging in fails. Now I’m experiencing very short charge/battery life. I bought These as gifts for 4-5 friends relatives. Hope theirs are not broken too.

I don’t know what I would do without this product. I love it so much. I get busy. I forget about my coffee. It ends up getting cold. I have to microwave it all the time now I don’t have to do any of that… every time I go for it it’s just the right temperature. I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it.

I bought my rose gold metallic Ember Mug 2 over a year ago and have loved it, until recently. Recently I noticed the metallic coating started to chip in the bottom of my cup, despite the fact I do not use metal spoons in it to stir, and have always used a soft non-abrasive sponge to hand wash it. I worry that the metallic coating particles could now be getting in my coffee. I hope to still use Ember in the future, but will not be buying a mug with the metallic coating again.

I've used 2 wives with me, but the coating on the inside comes off and rusted away, so I don't use it... Amber says there's no harm to the human body, but the coating is seriously rusted off and rusted out to look at... I'll never buy it again.....

I was so excited to get this mug! The concept is great and when working properly it is perfection but it has a lot of problems. The app is terrible, it never connects properly and I am always having to reset it and it can take several tries to get it connected again. I have also been through 2 charging coasters. I am meticulous about cleaning and drying the mug before putting it back on the charger but that didn’t seem to matter. I want to love this mug but it is super frustrating to use.

I mostly love the mug, but…2 times now I have spilled an entire cup. Please make the bottom less rounded, especially if there is no functional reason for the very rounded bottom. Please. For clumsy people like me!

Love my ember mug! This (copper) one is my 2nd one! It's wonderful for a coffee addict like me! Now the bad news. If you have an android phone the app sucks! I've reinstalled it dozens of times in my Samsung phone. I've given up setting the temp. I read that many Android users have difficulties getting the App to work correctly. Still love my Ember cup though!!

I don’t drink herbal tea quickly, and I tend to have multiple cups throughout the day autumn, winter, and spring. The ember mug was the BEST purchase! I love having consistent temperature for my drink.

I really want to LOVE this mug, and some days, I do. Unfortunately, some days it decides my coffee is gone, when it is, in fact, full. This means I have a cold latte. There is no way to “wake it up” that I have found. Even sitting on my desk on the coaster it sometimes just doesn’t recognize its full. Not sure why. Usually turns off a bit early as well (like 2 oz left). I find the lid is a must as well. I’ve also found if you brew at home and take to work it fits in the cup holder — which I love.

My daughter gave me an Ember Mug 14oz White Heated Coffee Mug for Christmas. I loved it and drank my tea from it every day. In May, the charge was not holding at all. I would charge it overnight and in the morning it would still be red. I tried turning the bottom button on and off and the cup was still connected to my phone, so that wasn’t the issue. It’s not charging at all, and I had really gotten used to the perfect temperature cup of tea. Very disappointed that it didn't last more than a few months.

There is no point having this when the app can't connect and constantly crashes. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to connect to the mug again.

I received my first Ember 3 years ago as a Christmas gift and still using it. I purchased another one for convience and for travel. I love the Ember mug. Its the only mug I use. 'Had to pack up all the other mugs. The oldest one, wich is white, has coffee stains that I cannot remove after trying several products. It still works well though.

Love this mug while it works. It’s awesome to have a cup of coffee and not have to constantly reheat it in the microwave. Unfortunately, this is my second mug and the battery has died again after about 2 years of life. For such an expensive product the battery should have a replacement option. Don’t know if I want to drop another $120 knowing it’s only good for 18-24 months

I bought two of these at Christmas 2023, they both stopped working. One won’t even light up and the other has a constant red light but no heat. I paid way too much for them to break so quickly.
