The quality of your product is very bad . Bought mug2 from London and got spoilt in one month then getting the replacement was a task as I live in India but have lost faith in ur brand . It’s overrated and overpriced

Very happy with this mug. Works as described and keeps my coffee at the perfect temperature all the way to the last drop! A pricey luxury for sure, but worth it.

I’m received a white mug last year for Mother’s Day. I loved it but as time went on the inside bottom is stained from the heating element and my charging plate will no longer work.

These mugs are fantastic! They keep the beverage hot from beginning to end! I bought the 10 oz red one for my Mom and she absolutely loves it!

Incredible product that has lasted much much longer than I expected. I have used the Ember 14 ounce mug five or six days a week for two years, and it has never given me a problem. Battery life could be longer but it works perfect when you are at work desk and you keep it on the charger to take sips from. Sleek design and holds up to scratches and stains. Absolutely worth the cost. If mine ever dies I will buy another.

Awesome cup! my wife bought me a (white 10oz) one for my birthday and I have now been using it for about 6 months now. I now also take it with me for all my business trips and you can beat having your coffee or tea the that perfect temp all day.. Mine is 127 and its perfect every time. also i had my reserve on keeping the a white cup clean and have been pleasantly surprise how well the cup stays clean with just water and soap. No real browning on the inside and i love how it auto shuts off after i finish my cofffee.. I will say if you drink coffe or tea a lot go for the bigger size i normally do 12oz and 10 is no problem but would of liked the 14oz now lol. You won't regret it. great cup!

My husband got this mug for Christmas, and he uses it EVERY SINGLE DAY. He refuses to use any other mug now. He liked it so much, I bought one for my best friend for their birthday.

Just like my mobile phone, I can't imagine life without my Ember mug. I drink one cup of coffee a day but it takes an hour. Ember makes the last sip as pleasurable as the first. If you are a coffee sipper, rather than a coffee slugger, you need one.

It's great for the 2 hours it stays charged. But that's as long as it lasts. Definitely not worth the money.

No joke - I can't live without this thing. It works exactly as described, is durable and probably the best gift I've ever got!

I’ve had one for 5 or 6 years and I couldn’t do with out it. I don’t like warm coffee and this is great for stopping this.

Love it! I’m a tea supper and often walk away from my tea to do things before finishing it. Didn’t like microwaving to reheat my tea but this is great. I’ve come back an hour later and my tea is still good and hot at the temperature I set it to using the app.

I have an old black 14 oz. It was gifted about 5 years ago. Works perfectly. Needed to contact customer service for an issue and was surprised and impressed with the quality of service provided. Highly recommended.

I received this as a Mother’s Day gift a year ago & it still holds the place as my favorite store purchased gift my husband has bought me. It is used every.single.day. There have been a handful of days that I have forgotten to make sure it’s on the charger the night before and I am almost tear filled in the morning when I realize I have to slum it with a regular ol’ mug. I bought one for my own mom since I loved mine so much. Truly the greatest gift for the person who loves a hot coffee/tea in the morning/ or any time of day!

Works somewhat. About 1 month old, battery life is barley 45 min at the coffee setting. For me coffee setting is just above warm, not hot. I’ve found myself not even using it anymore and just back to microwave heat ups as needed.

My coffee never gets cold or has to be reheated anymore.

I absolutely love my ember mug. Got my first one (black) as a gift. Broke after 2 years. Could not enjoy my morning cup without it. So I bought my next one (white). Figured I’d try another color. Worse thing I ever did. The white one is all stained. I can’t get it clean.

The Ember Mug keeps my coffee at the perfect temperature from the time I poor it to the very last sip. OUTSTANDING!
