Q: how many oz. of fomular will 19.9 oz of powder make?
A: TABUJACK, it is extremely important that you store infant formula correctly; so before I tell you how much water to add to an entire container of powder, I would like to remind you about our recommendations. Infant formula should be prepared in a very clean environment. Formula prepared from powder should be either fed immediately or covered and stored in the refrigerator at 35 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit (2 to 4 degrees Celsius) for no longer than 24 hours after preparation. If you are preparing formula for multiple babies, they may consume an entire container of prepared powder formula within 24 hours. Distribute the prepared formula into bottles to allow for fast cooling and refrigerate immediately. If you will not use all of the prepared powder formula within 24 hours, you must discard any formula remaining after the 24 hours. The yield of each container is on the label (generally located near our company name and address). The label of the container being used is the most accurate source for this information. That being said, if you add the entire 19.9 ounce container of Gentlease to 129 fluid ounces of water, the approximate formula yield would be 143 fluid ounces. Q: what is the difference between enfamil gentleease and enfamil reguline?
A: What a great question, TLP! Reguline is a milk-based infant formula designed to promote soft, comfortable stools, and to help support gut health. It has a blend of two prebiotics clinically proven* to promote soft stools. Gentlease is for easing fussiness, gas, spit up** and crying in 24 hours.
